Dịch vụ hạng nhất. Đã hỏi vào lúc check in trước, họ sẽ chắc chắn. Lễ tân gọi lại vào ngày đến để xác nhận là có thể. Cùng lúc tôi được thông báo rằng quy định đậu xe đã được thay đổi. Dịch vụ rất tốt. Bữa sáng rất ngon.

We had a nice big room with beautiful nature view. The breakfast was delicious. We’ve enjoyed the adults only spa (even it costs in addition). The roof top pool is amazing and the service was excellent. We would book it again.

Excellent location and very spacious but room was admittedly dusty and could be better on cleaning. My card also failed three times and I had to keep going to the concierge to get it reset; they eventually gave me key cards of another design which worked.

Have always loved the restaurant at Eyde but this is the first time we stayed. The staff and location are the best you’ll find in Herning. Booked the wrong date by accident through trip.com but the hotel very kindly changed the date for us. Breakfast was excellent too. We had a nice clean room. The gym was good enough to have a quick work out. Would stay here again.

TTài khoản kháchrooms are simple and basic as shown clearly in the hotel photos but bed was comfy,there was a hotpot to fix coffee or oatmeal in your room , tv with some English stations and tho small I did not feel cramped. There is a balcony with views over canal by the top floor breakfast room and a living room area with fake fireplace and comfy sofas in the lobby area. the checkin crew were helpful with local info and I thank the gentleman who told me where I could find a nearby machine to buy a bus ticket. Beautiful church and theater right across the street, not at all a bad deal for the affordable price.

From our arrival in the late afternoon when Alexander on Reception welcomed us with a smile and the key to our room to our departure two days later again with a genuine smile and wave goodbye we felt well looked after. Our room was lovely, clean and warm. My request for a room away from the lift was acknowledged and followed … and whilst we didn’t have a ‘view’ as such .. it was just nice to be able to open the door to the small balcony to allow fresh air in when we wanted to.  The room was styled in a simple modern Scandi Style and the bed, pillows and duvet so very very comfortable .. one of the best beds I have slept in in Europe so far.  And a REAL plant .. a sweet touch.  My only one slightly unsmiley face .. the shower over a bath tub .. great shower, good water pressure, but you have to climb into and out of the bath tub which could be challenging for some.  All in all a fabulous hotel, comfortable clean stylish room, friendly helpful staff… oh and the most wonderful breakfast (included) .. would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I am in Aarhus.

FFeyenoordThe hotel was simple but fine. The location was good for if you have business in or near Horsens. But unfortunately between 2 days they did not even come to clean the room and change the towels. Also the breakfast one the first day (on the 4th floor) was very good. But for some reason on the second day it was moved to the 3th floor where the breakfast did not have a coffee machine but only a coffee can. This was disappointing. Overall the experience could be better. But it is still a decent choice if you need to stay in Horsens.
