The hotel’s location was very convenient. However, for a five-star property, it was surprising to experience loud noise from a neighboring outlet near the lobby during check-in. We booked a room for three with an extra bed, and I expected it to be prepared for three guests with essentials like towels and dental kits, without having to remind the staff. While the towels were clean, they were quite old and rough, having lost their softness. On the positive side, the F&B and housekeeping services were excellent.

Stayed for just one night as we arrived very late in the night from HK to attend a wedding. Front desk staff were courteous and faciities were matching and will recommend this property to anyone having some work or event around this place.

Cleanliness: The room was clean, not spotless but is a good stay Service: Staff was friendly at front desk Comfort: Bed was comfortable. Location: Convenient to transport and food area Breakfast : Mostly local food. As foreigner, preferably fried noodles or rice will be great.
