Very friendly trainer Mithun. Taught us swimming so good and helpful in gym also..our stay is memorable due to this guy.

We were 2 couples travelling together and we had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly greeted by Sanjeev Suri (Airport Supervisor) in the airport itself, while waiting for our luggage! Our welcome and transfer to the hotel was super comfortable in spite of having to walk a long way to get to the transfer vehicles. This was due to the airport having to handle G20 meeting participants. Excellent service was provided to us always at the club lounge by Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) and your other staff. At breakfast, your Sous Chef Regan Barua Chowdhury went the extra mile to prepare vegan pastries and other delicacies for our vegan sister. Server Dhaiaya was at her best in looking after our every need.

Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

One downside is that the rooms are located right next to the lift, so you may experience some noise from foot traffic and elevator use. Breakfast options were quite limited, which might not suit guests looking for variety in their morning meal. That said, while the hotel is small, it stands out as one of the best in its category within Sector 29. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay in this area, it’s worth considering — just try to avoid the sun-facing rooms if you’re sensitive to heat.

Had an amazing experience at Crowne Plaza Gurgaon! The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. Hotel is very neat & clean, Breakfast buffet was amazing Its just bit toward the end of Gorgon which takes extra hour to travel.
