My first all inclusive experience and it was beyond my expectation. I had a swim out room and was part of the preferred club, with a personal butler and food concierge to cater for halal food. The resort was beautiful with many pools, a serene beach and a lazy river! So many restaurants to choose from plus a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I spent the entire time at the resort with no need for any excursions. There were nightly entertainment, unlimited snacks and drinks [non-alcoholic for me] and twice daily house keeping. Overall, I would stay again for the food [taste, variety and service], amenities [lazy river!] and hospitality [friendly staff].  PS: You will also have access to all amenities of BREATHLESS, the adults only side.

The majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice. The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

We've stayed in Caribe Princess Deluxe for 4 days in early Feb '25. In general we're leaving with mixed feelings. 1.What's great: - location & beach - reception area - swimming pool area - animals in the resorts 2. What's so-so - weather - it's windy on thia side of the island, not sure if all the time though, but something to consider while planning - rooms - spacious but a bit outdated 3. What's really bad: - food - thats probably the biggest disappointmen. We ate only at Food Market (main food court) and a la carte at Tao. Food Market - huge choice but food is tasteless, we've had enough after 2 days. Chairs are dirty. Serv8ce slow. Tao - really the worst asian food we have had in our life - gym - very outdated equipment, trademills dangerous to use, should be put out of service. For the hotel of this size and class its really a shame. - internet - erratic, losing connection all the time, often slow Final verdict: we will not come back - -

O espaço do hotel em si é muito bonito e aconchegante, porém , o que nos decepcionou foi o atendimento, grande parte dos funcionários impacientes e nada solícitos , um dos funcionários do sport bar chegou a xingar a gente em espanhol achando que não entendemos, e isso somente porque ainda não tínhamos escolhido o lanche que queríamos. Outra coisa que nos pegou de surpresa e nos deixou chateados foi a disponibilização dos restaurantes, praticamente TODOS fechados , na descrição do hotel consta com várias opções mas, somente funcionou o italiano , o dominicano e o japonês, assim causando lotação , e conseguimos somente agendar um jantar no italiano, e nos reatando no outro dia o buffet geral, que mesmo sendo grande, havia poucas opções e variações de comida. A culinária é diferente , a carne é diferente , mas isso ao nosso paladar. Havia solicitado ao hotel com antecedência , uma arrumação diferente ou algo especial pois estava em lua de mel, e o mesmo se quer respondeu e ao chegar poderiam nos dar um quarto de lua de mel porém somente ao pagamento de 70 dólares ,mas enfim, não deixamos isso estragar nosso descanso , mas dentre opções de resort que já fui acredito que em questão de atendimento , organização , entretenimento e comida esse foi o mais ”fraco” de todos , o que cativa realmente é só a paisagem e o local , porque as demais coisas são tudo de ok para fraco . Ah e se procuram entretenimento vão cientes de que os jogos disponibilizados no sport bar são todos pagos , de 1 a 3 dólares por máquina .

The resort itself is beautiful. I booked it thinking it was a boutique resort and would be well suited for rest and recuperation, but there was actually a lot of entertainment that was quite loud both during the day and night. It was definitely a fun atmosphere, but just wasn’t what I was expecting. The staff always did their best to accommodate me in terms of moving to a quieter room and catering to dietary requirements etc. Restaurants had a wide variety of cuisines and were easy to book. Though 3 of the restaurants are on rotation for a different night of the week in the same venue, so it’s hard to make a repeat booking. Overall enjoyed the stay and beach very much :)

Beautiful place to stay, but the service in front desk is not friendly, the guys who work there don’t have a good service attitude, I got a really bad time trying to get check out lat because my flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay, definitely I think this hotel has many good things except the front desk staff

Uno de los Hoteles que e visitado más completo y muy organizado las instalaciones excelentes servicios superior agradables la comida extremadamente buena el trato de los colaboradores super especial , gracias a la Sra Anny muy atenta y amable le doy un 1millon de valoración por su forma de tratarnos a mi y a mi esposa

Нормально, но не стоит ждать ничего особенного. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Завтраки всего 3 варианта на выбор, один их которых пости всегда отсутствует. Есть свой маленький пляжный клуб с баром при втором отеле на пляже в пешей доступности. Персонал очень медлительный, как впрочем и везде в стране. Перед новогодней ночью попросили утюг, чтобы погладить платье, нам его так и не принесли. А комнате большой шкаф-купе и ни одной вешалки-плечиков. Холодильника нет. Большой балкон, ни одного стула на балконе. Все как-то непродумано

The hotel does not look like the pictures. When I got yo my room, on the first night my room smelled of urine, as if person who was belied me peed and the hotel doesn’t clean it. It was unbearable, I had to ask reception to come and sort it out because I wasnt going to be able to sleep with that smell. The housekeeper came and she swiped the floor and it was much better. The toilet handle was broken despite the water flushing. The room smelled out humidity. Not very sure of they changed the sheets needles I got there or even after. The food was all artificial food, nothing organic. All drinks were from those sachets. Even the sprite tasted different :/ On NYE the food was much better, there were good choices, but still artificial. Overall, it wasn’t that bad, a lot of people seemed to be okay with it. I am very picky so I notice everything.
