3 điểm cho dịch vụ này không nói đến thái độ của nhân viên mà chỉ là khi nhận phòng tôi được yêu cầu ủy quyền trước thẻ tín dụng và tuyên bố không nhận tiền mặt. Kết quả là số tiền tương tự lại được quẹt vào lúc 6:02 sáng hôm sau. Bạn phải biết rằng thẻ của tôi yêu cầu mật khẩu để mua hàng. Nhưng tôi đã bị quẹt một cách không thể giải thích được, tôi đã hỏi đi hỏi lại rằng đó là vì lý do bảo mật (có thể là vấn đề về tiền đặt cọc) và số tiền đó sẽ được hoàn lại vào thời điểm đó. Haha, bạn quẹt thẻ n*** tại chỗ thay vì nhập số thẻ và mã nhận dạng nhưng sau đó lại bị trừ tiền một cách khó hiểu. Dù sau này có lấy lại được tiền thì cũng vô cùng lo lắng. Điều đó có nghĩa là tôi có thể bị tính phí không giới hạn trong tương lai sau khi tôi quẹt thẻ và để lại thông tin phải không? Các thương hiệu quốc tế lớn cũng lo lắng. Có vẻ như tôi đang cân nhắc việc hủy thẻ.

We were here for a city break, the area is up and coming with plenty of building work going on but not disruptive. It's next to the smaller train station but has direct access to the airport, the main arena is nearby as well as the conference center. Hotel itself was clean and well designed, we had a small kitchenette in the room which was a bonus.

The size of room and cleanliness is good and expected for a 5 star Marriot hotel. But very poor service staff and i can see very limited staff. The first receptionist i talk to was not so courteous or warm as we came early and decided to drop of our bags and go out till check in. The way she was communicating with us was with not so warm or good attitude. So we didn't say anything as she asked us to come 3pm though we arrived 9 am despite i am a Bonvoy elite member. After we checkin 3.30 pm we have to wait in lobby for 15 minutes to get back our bags and the next receptionist was no so warm also. I am not sure its my asian looks!! After checkin i asked for slippers and dental kits as both were not there and never they gave it despite saying they will send it..and again i went reception when we go out and come back and then receptionist said he will get it and i can carry it...never ever in my life of staying in a star rated hotel i was asked to carry slippers to my room instead of sending it to the room. So dissapoonted with Marriot Cologne. May be we expect more as we are pampered by the same hotel group in Gulf and Asia!!!

n*** cạnh ga tàu có thể dễ dàng đi tàu vào thị trấn, phòng cách âm nên không ồn ào. phòng hơi cũ nhưng đủ sạch. phí gửi xe là 19 euro một ngày. phòng tập thể dục nhỏ chỉ có bài tập tim mạch và tạ nhỏ, phòng xông hơi khô tốt. nhà hàng và quầy bar rất đẹp mà bạn có thể thưởng thức.

When I was checking in, I was a little worried the staff would be unable to speak English. However the two receptionists who helped me were perfectly fluent and answered any questions I had. I did unfortunately have to pay a city tax on top of my room, but it wasn’t expensive and this is a common thing in most hotels in Europe. The room itself was pretty decent and had plenty of space for my suitcase and to walk around. The en-suite was great and had good towels and hot shower. The bed was comfy with a good mattress and duvet wise, but the pillows were a bit limp and didn’t have a lot in them. I spoke to another member of staff who spoke little English, who said he’d look and bring one to my room, but this never happened. Whatever the case, still had a good sleep, would have better with extra head comfort. As for breakfast, there was a great variety of choice from fry-up food (bacon, sausages, eggs) to continental pastries and drinks. I would say the only downside was there was not enough for fruit, as there was only a few apples and plates of sliced oranges. Would have been better if there was more to choose fruit wise, but everything else was great and was a good fuel up for the day in Cologne. When checking out, they also allowed me to place my luggage and bags in their storage room with zero charge which is great when you’re exploring for the day and have a later departure time. Overall, if you’re in Cologne for a day (like me) or two, this place is a great option and I would stay here again!

The hotel is very well located, close to transport links and within walking distance of a range of bars and restaurants and many good neighbourhoods such as the Belgisches Viertel. There was a good choice for breakfast.

Nice hotel. 20 minutes by to the centre by team. There is free parking in front of the hotel. The room is big

The Dorint hotel is in a very central location with wonderful views of the cathedral. The staff were very professional (from pre-trip communication to check-in and check-out) and super friendly. The hotel is huge and has lifts to all floors. The room was large with ample furniture (larger bed than usual, built-in suitcase stand, full desk, armchair) and the decor a palimpsest of older furniture zhuzhed up with wall coverings, a decorative vase, floor lights in addition to bedside table lamps and desk light, etc. There was even a kettle to make tea and coffee, and a fridge, which was much appreciated! The bed was on the soft side and the pillows rather thin and fluffy, which was not quite to my liking. However, the blackout curtains and well-insulated windows made for a quiet night's sleep, despite the roads and building sites outside. It was still possible to open one window to let fresh air in. All in all, a very good experience.

The location of the hotel is good. Rooms were generally clean but pretty narrow when you go to the toilet. Beds were comfortable. When I asked they gave us kettle and glass. This is also a nice act! If you check in earlier you have to pay 30 euros extra. Therefore we arrived at the hotel at 15:06, and the receptionist told that they haven’t made the room ready for third person. Our reservation did include third person from beforehand. When we entered the room, it was so hot that it was not possible to breathe normally. My guess they just forgot about us entering, even though we came beforehand to put our luggage and reminded them we would be back for 3pm.

Great location and very near to tram. Room is relatively small and without kettle. Breakfast is average with basic.
