Khách Sạn Có Bar Ở Montreal

Arrived after midnight and planned to leave after breakfast. The gentleman at check in (Laird) advised that the kitchen probably wouldn't be open at 6am on Sunday. We planned to eat and run to catch a flight. He kindly offered to pack us a to-go breakfast. When we went to checkout at 6 after ordering the Uber, he advised that the kitchen will in fact be serving breakfast at 6. I told him the Uber was waiting, so could we just grab the to-go bags we'd ordered the night before? He advised that he didn't organise them, because the kitchen was open, so we could receive the hot breakfast included with the booking. So, ultimately, we left without eating anything. Could have been managed better. Also quite far from the airport. A comfortable stay, though.

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

Trải nghiệm của tôi thật kinh khủng. Đêm đầu tiên, chuông báo động giả reo lên toàn bộ khách sạn lúc 4:45 sáng. Ngày hôm sau, chúng tôi trở về phòng và dịch vụ dọn phòng vẫn chưa được thực hiện. Cuối cùng, vì khách sạn đang trong quá trình cải tạo, đêm cuối cùng của chúng tôi ở khách sạn rất tệ vì hôm trước máy điều hòa trên tầng của chúng tôi đã bị tắt do việc cải tạo đã nêu ở trên. Tóm lại, một trải nghiệm tồi tệ, đặc biệt là với giá khách sạn đắt đỏ như vậy. Điều tốt duy nhất là vị trí, nhưng tôi sẽ không bao giờ ở lại Embassy Suites này nữa.

Convenient location in the old town of Montreal and very close to the Notre Dame Cathedral. About 20 minutes walk from the Montreal Central Station (train station). McDonald’s and Subway are close by the hotel. Booked the 2 double beds suite with a sofa bed. The room could accommodate 4 to 5 people. Room is spacious and comes with coffee machine, fridge and microwave. The decor and furnishings of the room and hotel do show signs of age! Breakfast was included for everyone! It was basic but sufficient to get you going!

My stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—right in downtown and close to all the fun spots, many just a short walk away. The lobby greets you with a refreshing scent and genuinely warm smiles from the staff—they make you feel right at home from the start. I had the juiciest steak ever, and the 24-hour heated pool? Total relaxation! The only thing I’d change is the pool’s location. You currently have to walk through the restaurant and lobby (which are open to non-guests), so it feels a bit awkward strolling by in your swimsuit. A private walkway or different pool spot would make it perfect! Overall, I had an incredible time and would definitely come back. 🤗

Vị trí thật tuyệt vời nhưng căn phòng thì cực nhỏ. Thậm chí không có bàn chải đánh răng / dao cạo râu được cung cấp. Không phải dép, và AC yếu. Bãi đậu xe thật kinh khủng. Không nên đậu xe tại nhà để xe riêng của họ. Sơ sài và hẹp với rất nhiều xe tải bên trong. Có nhiều bãi đậu xe trong nhà tốt hơn và rẻ hơn với an ninh trong khoảng cách 2 phút đi bộ (Indigo/trung tâm Desjardin). Sẽ không bao giờ chọn nơi này nữa~
