Nhân viên khách sạn rất nồng hậu, thân thiện, hữu ích và cực kỳ hiệu quả. Vị trí của khách sạn rất tuyệt. Gần ga tàu có tuyến tàu trực tiếp đến sân bay và cũng rất gần Cung điện Belvedere và vườn bách thảo. Khu phố cũng rất an toàn và tiện lợi, có những nhà hàng đáng yêu và một DM, và siêu thị cũng chỉ cách đó vài phút đi bộ. Phòng rất rộng rãi, được thiết kế đẹp và được trang bị đầy đủ. Có nhiều không gian lưu trữ và tủ quần áo, và mọi đồ nội thất đều có chất lượng tuyệt vời. Phòng tắm đặc biệt tuyệt vời, được thiết kế đẹp, không gian đẹp và có bồn tắm, vòi sen, bồn cầu và gạch lát chất lượng tốt. Cảm giác thực sự như ở nhà. Phòng cũng rất yên tĩnh, khiến chúng tôi rất thoải mái khi ở lại. Điểm trừ lớn duy nhất là máy sấy tóc cũ và không đạt tiêu chuẩn, điều này thật đáng thất vọng. Nệm cũng có thể được cải thiện vì nó cũng có cảm giác cũ.

Positives:The location of the hotel is wonderful. You can walk to everywhere in city center. Also the train station where the train comes from airport is 3 minutes to walk. Negatives: The bed was a little old, right side was softer. Check in time should be 14.00. 16.00 is late for tired passengers. Overall 9:10

The meticulous cleanliness and upkeep of both the room and the communal areas spoke volumes about the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The gastronomic experience at Melia Vienna was a culinary delight, featuring a plethora of delectable dishes that embody the rich gastronomic heritage of Vienna while integrating flavors from around the world. The presentation was visually appealing, and the ambiance of the dining area was both elegant and relaxing, adding to the enjoyment of every meal. Austria Trend Hotel Schönbrunn Wien was absolutely gorgeous. The ambience was warm and inviting, and its location—right in front of Schönbrunn Palace—made it a wonderful choice for those visiting the palace. There were plenty of nearby shops and cafes, which added to the convenience. However, if you’re planning to do sightseeing in the main city, transportation is something to consider. You’d either need to take a taxi (about 15–20 minutes) or a tram (around 45 minutes). So, while this hotel is perfect for a Schönbrunn-focused stay, it might not be the most convenient base for exploring the entire city. The staff were friendly, but one issue stood out—housekeeping. On our morning of departure, cleaning staff knocked on our door around 10–11 AM, seemingly checking when we would be leaving. Since checkout was at 12 noon, it felt like they were unnecessarily rushing us, which was a bit frustrating. Another concern arose after checkout. We left our luggage near the baggage room at reception to explore more, and upon returning, the staff couldn’t locate our bags—even though we had the receipt given by the staff when we dropped them off. Instead, we were asked to search through the luggage ourselves in a room full of other guests’ belongings. This didn’t feel very secure, as it seemed possible for someone to mistakenly—or even intentionally—take another person’s bags. Better monitoring or improved staff training in this area would certainly enhance the experience. Despite these issues, the hotel was lovely, and the staff were welcoming overall. With a few improvements in housekeeping procedures and baggage storage security, this could be an even better place to stay.

Probably our favourite hotel ever, everything was perfect - room was spacious, modern and clean, staff were super friendly and the breakfast was fantastic too. The option to forego housekeeping in exchange for a drink at the bar is a great idea, especially if you’re only staying a few nights. Really couldn’t fault this hotel, highly recommend.

The hotel is in the perfect location for all the major sites. Everything is walkable. There are a vast selection of eateries close by to suit every pocket. The Plachutta’s  Neu Markt (next door) serves the best Wiener Schnitzel …especially  if you don’t want to walk far after a late arrival.  The hotel itself is very clean and functional. The Reception staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Ask for a high floor to avoid any late night street noise. Note: the cathedral bells toll at 7am for early Mass but for us it added to our stay in the heart of this stunning city.

Hotel located close to Museum Quartiers and walking distance to Kartner and Graben shopping streets. Hotel and rooms are decorated in vibrant, fun and circus themed colors. Plenty of corners where you can take instagramable photos. Service is a bit impersonal but hotel staffs are helpful. There is a rooftop bar. Unfortunately whether was a bit too cold for us to enjoy our drinks outside. For those who like to cycle, they provide rental bicycles too. All in all, a great hotel to stay in Vienna.

Các lựa chọn giao thông có sẵn rất gần khách sạn và giúp du khách có thể tiếp cận mọi địa điểm tham quan ở Vienna một cách rất dễ dàng. Phòng xông hơi khô được cung cấp miễn phí.

I booked a triple room for 3 adults and first I was given a room with one bed only, so, was forced to to get back to the reception with all the things and then they gave me a room with 2 beds and a smaller folding bed. Please pay attention, that they call 15m room - ”triple”. Also, instead of proper door to the bath room, there was a sliding glass door with a hole instead of a handle which didn't provide any privacy. All the facilities were very low, like for small kids, shower cabin is extremely small, no toiletries. Poor pillows, bad matrasses. To switch AC on/off you have to call to the reception.
