Zu einem ganz exclusiven Event extra dorthin gereist und auch übernachtet. Schloss Hotel mit Blick aufs Wasser. Kunst im Park.Pool und Wellness. Anreise vom Stadt-Flughafen Belfast mit Zug (Richtung Bangor)Nur wenige Meter Fußweg vom Bahnsteig bis Hotel.

Just before I start I’m not even sure the words I choose to write will do justice for this hotel. Me and my fiancée recently visited the Culloden to celebrate our engagement, on arrival we were presented with two cupcakes with congratulations written in chocolate on a plate in our room. Oh did I also mention the unexpected upgrade, this was totally unexpected but very much appreciated. The spa facilities are amazing and the place is so clean. Me and my fiancée visited this multiple times during our stay. We had a drink in the bar area, which was so relaxed and very reasonably priced. The selection of speciality teas as well as different coffees was excellent. The breakfast offering was amazing, there was so much choice on the self serve Buffett as well as the option to order extras like omelettes etc All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly and professional at all times. I suppose I should be unbiased and say some not too positive, the only thing I can really say is I was disappointed our stay had to end. We will certainly be returning though. This hotel offers a true five star experience for the price.

We went for a special overnight and had a spa, dinner B and B. So looking forward to the experience however, the levels of hygiene and cleanliness was not good - the sauna in the spa was not clean with lots of debris (dead skin?) on the floor, the lamp in the bedroom had a lot of dust (we did point this out to the manager when he asked). As there was a Van Morrison lunchtime concert on staff were either too busy or too distracted to serve and even when we did manager to ask for a waiter they didn't return to the table. The breakfast next morning was very disappointing - after a long wait they forgot to bring us tea, toast, cutlery or cups which all had to be asked for. I was told to share our experience with the regional manager who apologised then no further correspondence. Reached out to Hastings group where we also received an email apology and then no response. Extremely disappointed with both our experience but even more so with the follow up customer service. The 2 points review was because of the good service of Adrian in the Cultra Inn restaurant who went out of his way to ensure our meal was good.

Certainly not a 5star hotel. Mistakes from check in which took over an hour to get into a room. First room was not made up from previous guests ! Overpriced underwhelming food with no clarity of GF. Very few of the staff gave best service. Not sure why a garden room is described as such. It has a view of the garden not an actual garden to the room. Same with Lough room. Breakfast does not start early enough. Won't be back, would not recommend. I have had a better stay at a Prem Inn !

Our experience did not live up to the hype. Mistakes made by staff from start to finish. Food in Vespers restaurant poor though young staff were lovely. Room had stained curtains and carpet and there was evidence of water ingress from roof in one corner.

Recently did an event at the Culloden and can’t praise the venue enough. The hotel, the room and the food was amazing. What really set it apart was the staff, super friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Wanted to give a shoutout to Ainsleigh for helping to organize the event, and Dan for all his help and support during our event. Both were fantastic. Thank you! Would definitely return for another event and recommend to others.

Had the best birthday treat here courtesy of my daughter. Staff at reception were friendly , concierge was really lovely. Spent a lovely afternoon in the spa . Had a lovely dinner in the Cultra Inn with staff being friendly and letting us have a cheeky in the Bollinger Garden . But my 5 star praise goes to Pearce along side Andy in the hotel bar who tonight were attentive , funny , charismatic and a credit to The Hastings chain . We had a lovely evening xx

This is a superbly run hotel, well managed and extremely friendly staff. The reception meal was superb. The only fault we had was the initial directions, from staff, to lift to room and to wedding reception area was poor.

The experience was what I would describe as “faded glory”. This might have been a great place to stay in the past, but apart from the lovely location and building, the hotel experience is like staying in a Holiday Inn, but then much more expensive. There is no attention to detail or to guests. We stayed there for 4 nights and then for our final night in Belfast we stayed at the Titanic hotel, which is absolutely fabulous! We now wished we had booked all our nights at the Titanic hotel. If you want a great hotel experience, go to the Titanic hotel instead.
