Hotel breakfast was good. Modern and cozy common area. The hotel does not come with free parking. Location is good, walking distance to most of the attractions. Welcome drink for IHG members.

We had a nice experience as always. This is my second stay in Holiday Inn hotel but in Londonderry which was fantastic as well. The staff were very helpful specially the receptionist. They also offered us tickets for the Giant’s Causeway tour and the City Sightseeing Bus tour which we bought right away as soon as we checked in. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Great location, close to the train station and to the city centre. The hotel staffs are friendly and the room is clean and quiet with good sound proofing.

Great location, very near Grand Central.Easy transport from the train and to the airport. Helpful and friendly staff. efficient too. Comfortable bed. Nice shower with good water pressure.Overall lovely stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre during my business trip to Belfast. The food was excellent, the location was perfect, and the WiFi was great. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great environment to relax after a busy day. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. When I needed to print my document at midnight, the staff even helped me without any hesitation. They also provided us with a detailed map of places to visit, which was incredibly useful for exploring the city. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We were welcomed by a friendly staff, John, and checking in was quick. The room was ready with the extra bed. Room was comfortable and nice. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants at the hotel so couldn't give any comment.

This inn really sucks cause night time cold in UK. But they termed on AC at night time. Guest never control Fxxk remote at room. No parking lots No heater at night Really **** hotel in UK

A very nice HI on the edge of town. Decent sized rooms, comfy bed, parking nearby, gym. Helpful front desk. Breakfast ok but the fake scrambled eggs which were a bit grim.
