Absolutely the worst experience ever. When we checked in the room, the door can be opened without any key card, we were so scared because if we didn’t find out that someone may came to our room in the middle of the night. And we went to the reception, the lady from the reception desk with a glasses is very rude and arrogant. She didn’t say sorry and her face is very impatient. I think there is a huge problem with the whole management. The room is lack of maintenance ( later on we find out that the ac is also not working ). And the staff look so tired and impatient. Btw this is the view of the pool view room. Don’t choose this hotel, run.

We booked the hotel just to stay there for few hours. We were 4 adults and two kids. At the reception lady told us, that the room is only for two. And asked to make a deposit if 1000 thb in case other people will use the room. So my wife and kids went to public toilet at the lobby and we placed our luggage at the storage place. I told that we will get upstairs to help parents bring the luggage. As soon as we entered the room receptionist called us and told that will deduct 1000 thb. Really poor service and super dirty. Don’t choose it under any circumstances!!!

This place is to avoid. It is not like on the picture. It is dirty, dusty and with a lot of insect. It smells bad also.

There facilities are lack of repairs, everything inside the room were almost looks broken, dirty bed sheets and towels, shower room well with a lot of spiders net, it's terriable, this is the worst hotel that on my booking experience, there price are not cheap at all, I pay almost 1600 Thai dollars but it is totally make me upset 😔

Overnight stay due to a flight transfer. Booked the hotel as this was close to the Airport. On first impression the lobby was clean & nice enough with helpful staff. Once checked in and taken to the a separate building the room was a completely different setting. Worn or broken furniture, that was in oddly places and un matching . It did not help that the white walls were now grey with marks or cobwebs on them. Basic bathroom facilities with a cold low pressure shower and no soap! Overall this felt unclean, unkept and uncomfortable.

Just stayed overnight as we had a morning flight from BKK. 24 hours check in. Very clean and modern room - connecting rooms were perfect. They even had free bus shuttle to the airport. Very good worth for money hotel near the airport.

Very close to the airport. However, staff didn’t seem to be very friendly with black face on all the time. Room is decent though with a nice swimming pool.
