We have a good stay in the hotel as the staff very friendly and helpfull. The room clean and spacious with beautiful view from window. We can see the iconic bridge, wild green valley, the scatter of rice fields and river. A great place for a relaxing stay at Ciwidey. We enjoy everything from the delicious food and activities during stay in this hotel such as Gym, Sauna, table tennis, Karaoke, and stunning infinity pool. This hotel is realy nice to stay for family, child and eldery.

The hotel with the best views, facilities and food. Very suitable to stay with family. Breakfast is very tasty and varied, rooms are very comfortable and nice. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful. One of the staff, Ms. Dina, is always friendly and provides the best service. Forest Hills Hotel Ciwidey is my and family's favorite hotel. I was having holiday with my family staying at forresthill. Everything was okey but 1 thing dissapointed me was false info they gave me regarding time needed to travel from htl to KCIC padalarang.. it only took 45mnt but they said earlier 2-3 hrs. That caused me & family have to wait for our train at the KCIC for 2hrs since i left the htl at 12 noon and my train scheduled at 3.18pm. What a waste of time

Great experience during stay here All staffs are friendly and helpful, also the food was good , cleanliness are good, view was amazing that i have a look , family and kids friendly hotels , highly recommended keep good work and we will come back soon !!

Coincidentally when there were only 4 or 5 guests staying, maybe that's why we were upgraded to EXE Deluxe Mountain View, anw thanks to Rihan for your kind. the room is comfortable, clean, all amenities are complete, soap lotion is class of a star hotel ***** only sometimes there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, maybe from the drainage and if there is a guest's child crying it can be heard in the room as well as the sound of vehicles at night, even though the hotel has tried to add layers to muffle the sound, but what can they do? The food, both evening and breakfast, is all delicious, the snacks at afternoon tea are all delicious, especially the small toasted bread topped with meat and vegetables... delicious. beautiful view, the air is not too cold, of all the staycations at Forest Hills Ciwidey it's really worth it... good luck trying it if you've never tried it, we'll be back again.

Overall it's a great experience staying in this resort. We're impressed by the cleanliness. The service is really good. Staff are attentive and approachable. The view is a winner. Food is excellent! And best of all, it's family friendly! The kids enjoyed themselves so much that they didn't want to leave. Keep up the good work!

One of the best hotel recommendations in Ciwidey, Bandung. Only about 30 minutes from the city center, we can enjoy the natural beauty of Ciwidey as well as modern hotel facilities. It was a pleasant experience to stay at Forest Hill and surely we will return.

Hotel with nice view from anywhere area in this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Complete facilities. Breakfast has varietive menu and good. Love the swimming pool & the hot pool too. If there are complaints or additional requests, the response is fast. Highly recommended.

Breathtaking view, tasty food and friendly helpful staff! We had such a wonderful time staying at Forest Hill Hotel. The rooms are well equipped and they are generous enough to also provide complimentary snacks. Good breakfast spread which was mouth-watering. Very relaxing and peaceful as the rooms are limited, hence no big crowds. Take a short walk to the old railway bridge for a little bit of sight-seeing and photo ops.

Nice view from anywhere in the hotel of the old railroad bridge. Morning and sunset are the best time to get a shot. Staffs are very friendly and the honeydew drink tasted great. Very recommended for leisure stay when you don't want to go anywhere and just want to sit, relax and enjoy the view.

Worth to stay here. Complete facilities. All of the staff are very helpfull. Gym tools using life fitness. Yoga class is fantastic. Breakfast have variative menus. Swimming pool need to be more often to clean up. We'll back soon.

We went there on 1st Jan 2024. The view is magnificent, very peaceful. My kids were very happy to swim n play, sing in karaoke room, ride horse there. We stayed in balcony room but it is indoor balcony so that cant see the view. Thre is Koi pool under the balcony that we can feed them. Better to choose the view room but without balcony if you like to see the view from the room. There are 24 rooms only as of now so that our stay was so good, without crowd. 1 night is not enough :)
