We went for our 20th wedding anniversary and could not have been happier with our choice! This place is stunning both inside and out. We were amazed by how beautiful the surroundings were with every detail well thought out. The room was stunning and well laid out. When we arrived they had cooled down the room and heated the pool which was the absolute perfect temperature the entire time. Having a wam pool was a big part of how much we enjoyed our stay as we spent quite a bit of time in it. The room and outside patio area was very private and we felt as though we were the only ones there at times. The food was also amazing whether we ate at the poolside restaurant, the high end restaurant Aperitif, or eating in the Pinstripes Bar. We really enjoyed the bar and the staff there. They were so attentive and everyone made us feel right at home. We enjoyed great conversations there and got some good recommendations on things to see in the area. The drinks were really next level as these bartenders know their craft. It was fun to watch them mix the drinks and they explained the science behind what flavors they were combining and how some of the spices and other ingredients were locally sourced. The entire staff was also another highlight. Everyone we encountered could not have been more friendly and attentive. The general manager even took the time to sit with us to see how our stay was going and asking other questions that showed he was very committed to the property. We also like that this is a family owned property. They were staying there while we were there and it was clear they too all had a passion for excellence. We researched properties for months before deciding on Viceroy. We did spend a bit more in the end than we may have for other 5 star properties, but after reading some of the reviews at the other places, we kept circling back to Viceroy. We are so glad we did and in the end, the extra money still made the stay seem like a bargain. We have paid about the same for a tiny room in a substandard hotel in New York City and here we were treated like kings in one of the most beautiful spots we have ever stayed in. This hotel was definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Everything was perfect.

Viceroy never failed to amaze us. We stayed there for the first time in 2019. This time we went back and again, we enjoyed our stay. Also to have dinner at the Aperitif restaurant. Amazing hospitality and wonderful resort to stay with your loved ones.

We stayed at Viceroy Bali in order to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Every staff is so kind and makes us happy while staying. The room condition is perfect and clean. There are no insects, even tiny ants, in the private villa. You can move with a buggy from your room to the main facilities. If you want to go to Ubud downtown, call the concierge. They will provide a pick-drop-service. Thank you to all the staff in Viceroy Bali!! I just came back to Singapore with good memory from there. I'll visit again next time.

房間很大很乾凈。自帶泳池，還有户外的躺椅可以享受陽光spa 很驚喜的是在住在深山密林中晚上竟然沒有蚊蟲 餐廳一定要去吃！

酒店是法國人開的，屬於中型精緻型度假酒店，隨處可見法式和印尼結合的建築風格，印尼標誌性的微笑，那種由內而外的喜悦和熱情，讓人難以忘記，有機會還會再來。謝謝！

這麼説吧，這家是我入住六家酒店中，最差一家， 也是看評價高才訂的，泳池在室內，泳池顏色很深，晚上去洗手間經過泳池，那感覺你懂的，奇葩設計，淋浴房沒有門，不適合家庭出行！ 你見過房費一晚四千多用這個毛巾嗎， 最無語的要屬空調了，晚上你不開空調你會熱死，你開空調會被空調的噪音吵死，我們被吵到凌晨4點才睡着 早餐別有期待，真的不如國內千把塊的酒店早餐 工作人員到是不錯，見人都會微笑打招呼 真的酒店硬件太差！

兎に角部屋のプライベートプールがとても綺麗でした。 きめ細やかな対応もあり、値段は高いですが相応に満足度も高くオススメ出来ます。

한국인 없는 곳을 좋아하는 분이라면 강추 조식 나쁘지 않고 디너 레스토랑 추천합니다 프라이빗하고 서비스좋고.. 만족스럽네요

신혼여행으로 다녀왔어요. 시설도 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 게다가 음식이 정말 맛있어요!!! 플로팅조식부터 룸서비스 음식까지 모두 추천합니다!!
