Very clean, so close to the centre. The view of the windows is spacious. Breakfast was awesome.

Great hotel! It was a slower weekend when we went, and they are so accommodating, we got to check in as soon as we arrived at 9:50 AM! The breakfast is lovely and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Zhanghe Hotel is modern, comfortable, and compact. A place with clean air conditioning. I enjoyed it so much that I will stay at the hotel again when I return.

This was one of the cleaner hotels that we had on our 3 week trip in China. Our first room despite booking non-smoking clearly had the smell of tobacco, the front desk remedied this issue promptly by giving us a new suite. If you are new to China, this will be a recurring issue that you will encounter and many hotels will be much less amenable to finding a solution for you. Both rooms were very clean, the shower was also one of the cleanest we experienced in China, which is something we paid special attention to during our trip. The location was pretty central for our needs, but we did not stay in Huhhot much for tourism.

Good location with bus and metro stations nearby and several shopping malls are within walking distance. Friendly service and daily cleaning. One big issue was other guests were smoking in the bathrooms and we could smell the smoke in our rooms. Smoking inside seemed to be common and accepted throughout the hotel thus making it difficult if you are traveling with kids.

We are stayed 3 day with company coworkers at this Hotel. It was clean, comfortable, centrally located hotel with helpful staff.

Font desk service was polite and excellent. We asked to help us boo a trip to Inner Mongolia and they were very attendebt. Hotel was clean and very comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the service was good. I'm a bit disappointed though that the room didn't have a fridge, so I had to give my food to reception and have them store it elsewhere.

Stayed here for 6 nights while exploring Hohhot and surrounding area and had a great experience. The location is ideal - very close to the centre and metro stations. The room is very modern, the bed is comfortable, the shower hot etc. had breakfast on one of the mornings, which was fine - standard for this kind of hotel. We had a room facing away from the main road, which was nice and quiet. The maid service was a bit inconsistent - they replaced the towels every day (though the fresh towels often had a strange smell) and made the bed, but they wouldn’t clean the room. We often found empty bottles and other trash left behind. They also forgot to replace the shower mat, coffee and other things from time to time.
