Chuyến đi đến bobocabin kintamani thật tuyệt. Tôi đã đến và quá trình nhận phòng diễn ra nhanh chóng và dễ dàng. Bạn khá biệt lập trên đồi nên ứng dụng rất hữu ích. Tôi đã gọi đồ ăn tuyệt vời và họ có nhiều lựa chọn để tận dụng tối đa thời gian lưu trú của bạn. Phương tiện di chuyển, hố lửa, đi bộ đường dài ngắm bình minh, trò chơi cờ bàn, v.v.. các tính năng tuyệt vời nhất nằm trong phòng, đèn chiếu sáng theo tâm trạng + khả năng làm mờ cửa sổ hoặc sử dụng rèm cửa vật lý. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại!

Only the view is nice here..room is small,the hot tub is rusty and the hot spring water not always running it's come and goes..only small amount of water comes out.i regret i book the room with the hot tub..breakfast have to order in advance from the apps and not to many options..if u want to go outside to eat also verry hard if u don't have vehicle since the location of the hotel is far from the main road..and no shop or restaurant nearby the hotel..we rent one of the staff working there her motobike to go buy food outside cause my kids was hungry..when we arrive back at the hotel i ask the staff we want to borrow some cutlery so we can eat our food,they said ok just wait at your room we will deliver it to you..but until i check out i did'nt get it..the extra pillow i requested from the the day we checked in also they did'nt give until we check out..they said the pillow still at the laundry..overall i'am not satisfied with the servis..i will not come here again in the future.

"I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The road leading to the hotel was damaged and very narrow, causing scratches on many cars. There were so many flies, both outside and inside the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. The service was extremely slow, and my orders were mixed up several times with other rooms. I would not recommend this place."

It was lovely experience. We were so in love with the place and the food was good!

We had the room with hot tub, everything was great. But at the time of our stay, the system was down/having some issues and that impacted the controls of the room. But overall it was a really nice stay and the location is just fantastic.

Not worth the money spent for the cabin.

The location is a little bit hard to reach due to roads in bad conditions. The room itself is very clean and modern. So many flies, but not a big issue for us. Beautiful sunrise and lake view from the room. All the staffs were very helpful and welcoming, but a little bit slow in responding.

Really enjoying stay with bobocabin kintamani. Best view! Really awesome view! Good ambience. The technology for smart window is awesome. Staff really nice and so helpful. They sell many food so don’t worry about food. Really recommend and willing be back again to here!

Excellent for relaxing after long journey. But is not enough for 1 night at lease have to spending 2 night in this place..and try to book the one have hot tub at the night will be so nice.and having barbeque.

Amazing view and comfortable stay

After driving over 3 hours to the site from seminyak, we are challenged to a heart stopping of an estimated 600 meters of a 2 meter wide damaged and off-road experience to the 'hotel'. Lucky for us, we dont find a car going against our direction. If you do find a car going against your direction, good luck. After we arrived, we are forced to download app from bobocabin to check in, which takes a long while and then served with carry your own bag from the car to the room with none of the staff giving a care about, even when they see a lady carying a heavy bag on their own. They are just watch us carry our bags to the room. Dinner priced at average of 60k per pax for nothing but something to fill your belly with before you sleep. Ayam goreng with rice and bawang sambal (tasteless). Extremely overpriced for price vs quality. The bed is simply a thin futton that is as hard as a rock with 2 pillow, which will cause massive backpain. At 7am the sun is blasting through the window to your face and skin to wake you up wiith a burning sensation. (The frost of the glass is up btw) Breakfast 50k for an indomie goreng with egg. Overall evaluation, a horror stay which we cannot wait to get out of. This is and will be the last time ever we will be staying here. There are too many options to stay for a 580k (room only) price point with better room and services. Try tira vilagna or zahill as a start. Slightly higher price yet they offer so so much more value for your bucks than this so called 'hotel', which looks more like a discipline camp for us. Plus side, the room is clean enough and a good view of Batur lake. Other than that, don't expect too much Sorry for the harsh but honest review.

去的小路有點難找，司機説按照谷歌地圖導航是有問題的，一直在問村民路，好在當地人很熱情，都知道這個地方。很多當地人在那裡過週末，晚上很多人點燒烤。火山，火山湖風景，自然環境絕了!雖然房間不大，但是一米8的床一家三口也夠睡了，獨立衞浴，軟件可以訂晚餐和早餐，價格合理。超出2瓶免費的水另外收費，大約1.5元人民幣一瓶。總體非常推薦。
