Very nice staff and well service who remembers us, free luggage storage helped us a lot on first and last day

We love the location of Niksoma The staff are lovely and the atmosphere has a nice “Bali feel” really nice hotel, not too modern which is what we like about it

신행으로 발리가게 되어서 바다근처로 알아보다가 가게되었는데 좋았어요~진짜 바다 앞이라 일몰구경도 자주가고 했습니다. 시설도 괜찮고 방도 괜찮고! 참고로 아침 조식먹고 방에 있으면 아침 일찍 부터 청소해주신다고 직원분이 오시니까 원치 않으시면 펫말 걸어두시면 좋아요! 그리구 필터샤워기는 필수입니다 🤣🤣 약간 바다 근처라서 그런가 기본적으로 숙소 샤워하는곳도 물이좀 짜다고 느껴졌어요🤔 물론 양치하는물은 따로 있어서 그걸로 해결했구요 ㅎㅎ 또 가고싶네용😘

Second time in Bali, first time at the Niksoma - 100% will be back, thoroughly recommended in a great position not too far from the airport, and just over a quiet road to the beachfront. Staff could not have done any more if they had tried, room was superb, and food great too. Why wait - get it booked, and see you next year Niksoma.

The property was very nice! It was quiet and the staff was very amenable to all my needs.

Have stayed here many times and this recent stay was a bit disappointing. Requested 3 rooms close together, or at least same block and level. Did not receive this request although, as always, explained this was subject to availability. When the plumbing/draining had issues in 2 rooms randomly issued when, we noticed empty room next to ours and asked our party be moved as per our first request. Was told by front desk staff this room was reserved by other guests checking in later the same day (?) when we have been told every time that requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to. After pointing out this inconsistency, we managed to get our party changed to our original request. As a long term ******* Gold member, I was not offered any upgrade and I am fully aware the next upgraded room was barely occupied. Tap in bathroom was faulty and spotlight above toilet exploded (not exaggerating). Cleaning staff were good but sometimes would only knock once, barely wait for a reply and come charging in. Pool, Garden and Hitana staff were brilliant as always. Overall didn’t feel being and ******* Gold member held any value. Will seriously consider staying here again.

Thank you so much for a pampering experience at your resort!!! I highly recommend this place for the friendly staff and the attentive service. The hotel itself is gorgeous and I especially love the triple pools - especially the infinity pool and the floaties for pictures. If you're lucky enough to get the affordable package (we are Americans), we got breakfast and beers included on our stay! The breakfast is superb!! I loved the strawberry juice, fresh tropical fruit, bakery goods, and stir fried meigoran (noodles). Thank you again! Well done! ⭐

Excellent service, staff friendly. My flight was late at night and upon request, the manager extended my check out time which was great. Thanks to the whole team for welcoming us. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

A quiet and well presented resort. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Clean beach across the road and staff very friendly.

Very friendly staff, good location, comfortable hotel, good breakfast... to be considered if we return to Bali

I cannot say enough nice things about my stay here. All of the staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive and they all remembered my name throughout the stay. The food at breakfast is great with lots of choices and the restaurant staff are lovely too. Perfect location to walk over to see the sunset too. Special mention to Yani in the Spa. She was so lovely and helpful with any questions I have and the massage was just perfect too. She is a huge asset to your hotel. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Prooerty was close to beach and also to shopping and restaurants

The Bali Niksoma is fantastic. A smaller boutique, beach front resort located within walking distance of restaurants, shops and spas. The staff are amazing and very attentive. The food was delicious and the whole resort is very clean. The pool is great and the deck chairs are very comfortable. We went the Johnny Cash and Drag Queen shows which were a lot of fun! I would recommend paying the extra and getting an ocean view room on the 2nd floor. We spent a lot of time on our balcony. I would highly reccomend this resort!
