This hotel was ok for the money. Pool had a green tint to it, so I decided for both my daughter and I not to use it. The main issue I had with this hotel, which is the reason why I would not go back, is that on Saturday morning they refused to allow me to get breakfast even though I was in line for waffles prior to 9:00 AM. I got two bowls of cereal and an apple and was waiting in line with two persons ahead of me for the waffle machine. I decided to try to get some orange juice while waiting and the waitstaff had already taken the dispenser nozzles off the machine. I asked the front desk if they would replace it. I was told I was late and that breakfast was closed. I informed him that I was in line waiting for waffles. After a brief argument, he told the waitstaff to bring back the nozzles so I could get juice. They never did. I went back into line for the waffle machine. The waffle batter was running low by the time the second person in line finished up. Instead of refilling it, the waitstaff pulled the batter from the machine and took it back to the kitchen. When I asked if they were coming back so I could have two waffles, the front desk again stated that I was late for breakfast and refused service. He stated that he could prove on video that I was late. I demanded to see this proof. He started playing the video, but the time stamp was not accurate. I stated, "therefore you cannot prove I was late." I asked to talk to the manager. He called the manager, because he was not on site, and proceeded to talk in a foreign language with the managed. After a few minutes, I was told that the manager is refusing service and would not do anything. I advised that the easy way to resolve the situation would be to allow 2 glasses of orange juice and 2 waffles. They refused to do anything. Therefore, I had to take my daughter to a restaurant to get breakfast. I am going to seek to have the hotel pay for the receipt for this breakfast. I called Wyndam customer care regarding the situation. They took my information and stated I would get a call back in a week. Instead of calling me in that time frame, they send me an email a week and a day later and stated that I had to contact the local manager and provided his phone number. Additionally, on the Sunday morning, I was able to get breakfast, but I have photographic proof that they allowed other after 9:00 AM to get breakfast. This proof shows that they did not break down breakfast until 09:15 AM. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had at any hotel I have ever stayed at. If you are expecting to be treated like a paying guest, do not use this hotel. Additionally, I will think twice about using another Wyndam property again.

對過就是 Space Center. 房間小，設施陳舊。早餐衹有華夫餅適合吃。

The location for visiting NASA was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However the rooms are not up to par, which explains why the cost is cheap. Door handles on the connecting room doors were missing. The door handle to enter the room you had to pull the entire way up and around to just get in the room. Not sure how "secure" this made the room. Bathroom tile was cracked and caulking around the tub was cracked and peeling out. Big mirrors on the wall at the beds were weird. Instead of headboards they had an entire wall of mirrors. We did check to make sure they were mirrors and no cameras hidden. Overall it was ok but not sure if I would stay there again. The saying "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here They stated there is a continental breakfast but all you get is waffles and cereal. They had a juice machine, but I guess it wasn't working so they provided severely watered down orange tang that tasted nasty. They didn't even have a pitcher of water to drink, your options were coffee, watered down tang or milk. I give their breakfast a 1 star review.

Perfect for a quick overnight stay. Quick check in & check out, felt safe , decent setup, nice bed, cold room - just like I prefer, free continental breakfast (Texas shaped Belgium Waffles, Cold cereal, toast, muffins, milk, orange juice & coffee ) and nice, helpful staff.

Cleanliness was our main concern and it looked quite clean. The shower was immaculate, the Linens were crisp and white. I love the backlighting on the bathroom mirror. There was some noise from the room next-door, but it was just laughter. The desk clerks were helpful and pleasant. We felt very safe. Parking lot is well lit. On the downside, theTV remote needed new batteries and the toilet ran off and on all night. I should have reported those things at the desk and didn’t. We did see a couple of very small cockroaches on the bathroom floor in the night. Otherwise, for the price, it was a wonderful value. We would stay here again.

will not stay here again. you get what you pay for is so true. check in and out was so easy the room was horrible, the outside people around just are very shady,not sure what is going on in this hotel, just spend the little extra to stay somewhere else. Lesson learned.

Not worth the time or money! Very friendly staff. That doesn't make up for the property. I can't believe that Wyndham backs this property! Very disappointed with my stay!

Bed comfortable and staff friendly. Parking lot is decently lit. Location is perfect if you want to walk over to the space center. Walkable distance to breakfast restaurant or a pho place. Area didn’t feel shady. That said, the hotel is very old and you can see that evidence everywhere. There were roaches behind the ice machine, rusting metal in the room, matted carpet (our room still had a wad of gum), stains on the desk chair… All of our towels had strands of hair on them (I plucked them off). I didn’t use the face towels because one had a suspicious brown stain on it. :( Breakfast offering is very simple, so not for ppl who need a heartier meal. Mini muffins, 2 cereals, yogurt, and waffle machine. Then coffee and orange juice.

it was a good option to stay close to the NASA, basically is in front and its nice enough to spend the night and be able to know the city and their surroundings, it has a pharmacy near and many stores in a mall near to it (15 mins)

Comfortable beds, adjustable thermostat, continental breakfast, shower, and within walking distance to convenience stores, shopping, restaurants, and NASA museum.
