Worst hotel I've ever stay

lokasi lumayan strategis fasilitas ok pelayanan lumayan karena menginap tiga hari hari pertama kamar dibersihkan hari kedua kamar tidak dibersihkan untuk sarapan makanan baik, hanya segan aja pas ambil makanan di lihati terus sama staff

Di tengah pusat kota, dekat dengan pantai dan di jalan utama

Kamar yg di tempati dinding nya ada bagian yg rontok.

Surprised to know that this hotel is not even 1 year old, because the condition is terrible already. When we arrived no one assisted with our luggage, no staffs present in the lobby, only 1 receptionist stand by behind the desk doing nothing and she put the sign at the desk mentioning (do not disturb, will be with you in a while)? This is strange, then, when I came, she immediately took the sign away and help me. Hallways are dark and look not clean. Had trouble finding the room as the signage is not clear at all areas. The room that we are getting is dark, and the floor seems not being mop or clean for days, my feet turns black! No slipper available, bathroom amenities only limited to 1 soap and shampoo and 2 bath towels, no hand or face towels set up. The ambience of the room and the smell is not fresh, feels like the room has not been occupied for quite some time. Furniture a bit worn already despite they are being a new property. We just felt not comfortable staying there as it feels not clean. Luckily, we only stayed 1 night then leave very early in the morning. Never stay here again, there are better options in Bali with similar even lower prices but much cleaner and better.

Seriously Bad Experience We just visited the hotel this month and there are so many bad issues about this hotel, let me list some of them which i still remember: 1. AC is not working, then we complain, the staff try to repair it but still not working, from 3pm to 3am the AC still broken, then we complain to the person so called "AC techinician" , but he respon with a very rude tone that he said he also very tired and want to go home and don't want to try anymore to fix the AC 2. The hall is very dirty , the pool is green (idk how) and that caused so many mosquites that cant be count.. seriously confused about it.. because the entire night we sleep, i killed +-7 of em.. not counting the others that still flying around + we killed couples of cockroaches in our bathroom 3. The lift is broken, we need to use the stairs.. and the stairs is so dirty as well (not surprised) 4. Last but not least.. on the afternoon my room is on "do not disturb" and i leave the room about half an hour.. when i'm back, the bed is halfway being tidied up, one of bath towel is gone, the mineral water is replace by the new one (which is ok) but they leave the bathroom not cleaned at all.. then, i immediately ask the staff who is on the hall doing the room cleaning, but they said they don't know anything and haven't clean my room.. That's a little bit of my bad experience.. thanks if you read all of it :D haha
