Not so bad. But the quality of the food can be better all in all not again this Hotel.

We are leaving Bali paradise and I can say that I would say it was a beautiful stay. They have two pools and a beach hut that provides foods and drink. They have two restaurants that need booking and a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only negative I have is that the limited amount of sun loungers. They have a policy to not reserve them but people still do and disappear for hours on end and it makes it hard to have a relaxing day by the beach and pool. They provide a water slides on the grounds. I didn’t get the chance to experience it but it’s definitely worth the try! They provided a cake and a bottle of bubble for my birthday and it made the day even more special.

We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights — a family of two adults and two children. We checked in in the evening, so there was no wait — we got our room right away. The room was great, with access to the garden, from which you could immediately walk up to the pool. At check-in, we were only given one key with a magnetic tag that serves as the card to activate the electricity in the room. Tip: ask for a second separate key so that the electricity stays on. This way, you can leave the air conditioner running when you go to the lobby, beach, or pool. The good thing is that the A/C is individual (not central) and can be controlled via remote. The room is simple, the furniture is old but not broken. The bathroom has been renovated and looks luxurious compared to the rest of the room. One odd thing — shampoo and shower gel are not replenished. So for a family of four, you get 8 small bottles (4 shampoo, 4 gel), and once they're used up — that's it, even if your stay isn’t over. There’s a fridge in the room, and upon arrival, you’ll find two 1.5-liter bottles of water — no more, no less. Once you drink them, they won’t be replaced. Another oddity — the bar doesn’t provide bottled water for free, even with All Inclusive. If you want some, you’ll have to buy it. Tip: bring your own empty bottles (like gym bottles) and ask to fill them up — that worked. Room cleaning is done every other day. They do a decent job, but for some reason, they ignore the bathroom mirror. The hotel has two pools located right next to each other. There were always enough loungers available, especially since we’re early birds who avoid the midday sun. Hotel rules prohibit reserving loungers — if you leave a towel for more than an hour, staff may remove it at the request of other guests looking for loungers. Tip: if you take a lounger, leave not just your towel but also some personal items. And just treat others kindly. One annoying thing at the pool — jumping into the water from the edge is strictly forbidden and closely monitored. This is especially disappointing for kids who love jumping in. Not sure why, but we were warned a couple of times. There’s a small symbolic water park with three slides. Safety rules are enforced — for example, if a child is slightly below the height requirement (120 cm, I think), they can’t ride. You decide for yourself. Our kids went on the slides and enjoyed them. But if there are too many people, it’s not very comfortable. Also, the slides are closed on Thursdays. The pool bar opens at 10 AM. They serve alcoholic cocktails, soft drinks, coffee, tea, etc. The selection isn’t huge, but it was enough. The lobby bar only opens at 6 PM — so if you’re used to Turkish-style Ultra All Inclusive, this might disappoint you. As for queues in the lobby — it varies from day to day. Stayed in the Bali Paradise July 8th for a week Had a lovely time,very pretty hotel with amazing grounds. Room was great having a great view of the bay. Staff at this hotel are very kind and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Cocktails were great,none of that syrup or slush rubbish.Food is okay,good selection of salads and meat options. We went for a chill out and that is what we got. Bit of a hill to get up from the beach but we got used to it. We didn’t go to the entertainment as we were told it was mainly in French and we did hear it from our room,it was lol. Found it hard to book the restaurants only managed one which was nice,many people are booking them before they get to the resort which I thought was a bit unfair on those that don’t use apps. Would definitely return,loved the hotel and this area in Crete,Thank you Mitsis Bali Paradise Our 5th stay in a Mitsis Hotel and definitely not our last.

We stayed at this hotel from the 16th of July till the 24th of July, 5 of us, (4 adults and a 5yo). In the review I will talk about my personal experience from start to finish. So we arrived about 11pm, the hotel is about an hour away from the airport, quite disheartened not to be met on arrival, we had to drag our suitcases in ourselves, no drinks on arrival either. Check in was longer than anticipated considering we were the only people checking in at that time of the evening, no food either (every other hotel I’ve stayed in all inclusive there is a buffet on for those arriving late) but was given a sandwich.. the hotel lobby itself was beautiful, did also get a drink before going to bed, but there is only one bar open in the evening, and it’s about a 10 minute wait (even at 11pm) as there is only 2 people serving.. (will come back to this later) Got to our room, quite dated but clean, aircon was good and the room was spacious, you have a fob for the electricity (which emits a stupid blue light all the time) a safe key, and a key for the door. The doors are a nightmare to open, very sticky and can be quite a faf. Bottled water in the fridge but nothing else, cleaners were very good and lovely, always asking if they could help. The food was bang average at best, not much choice in the buffet, the only positive I can say is that it was always hot, but it gets extremely repetitive and boring, there’s no themed nights either. Just the same food every day.. The pool is nice (albeit there is a lack of sunbeds when busy) the pool bar staff work extremely hard but there is only one bar open all day, the lifeguard was a lovely chap who makes sure that everyone is safe, no diving or jumping in otherwise you’re out.. I’d also like to talk about the entertainment during the day and during the evening, what I will say is if you’re not french then you might as well forget it, my 5yo son is the most sociable and chatty person you could ever meet but they weren’t interested if you’re anything other than french, was practically zero going on during the day, but when there was, it was all in French and only involved French children/adults. The entertainment team are all French (fram entertainment look it up) and the evening entertainment is the same, the amphitheater is draped in French flags and yes you’re right it’s all in French, we actually attended an evening and we were made to feel like second class citizens when trying to get involved, even comments made about us ‘being English’ not in good jest especially being as they practically ignore you throughout the day, I can’t understand why a hotel, an all inclusive hotel for that matter doesn’t have a single English speaking representative on the entertainment team, mitsis you need to do better.. The main bar staff can be quite rude, on our last day the head barman was snapping his fingers and pointing at customers telling them to move round the other side while a member of staff was making cocktail

Thank you!!! Everything was amaizing!! Beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable rooms, delicious food, friendly staff. Cyprus is very beautiful. The sea is warm with a sandy beach. It is very good to relax with small children. There is a playground and three water slides for the little ones.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bali Paradise. We stayed for a week in July and had booked a side seat view room. The room was clean and modern, with a beautiful view from the balcony. We reported that our fridge wasn't working when we arrived and it was fixed very promptly. The hotel is all inclusive and I enjoyed the food. I thought the buffet offered a good selection and variety, with different grilled foods and salads available as well as a selection of pasta, pizza, stews etc. At breakfast there were freshly made crepes. There are also two a la carte restaurants which you can book through the online concierge service. We really enjoyed the food at the Cretan restaurant. The Italian restaurant is quite small so unfortunately there were no slots available during our stay. There is also a pool and lobby bar which offered nice cocktails and soft drinks. My only criticism would be that there are only 2 bar staff serving in the evenings and it can get busy. The hotel has a private area on Livadi beach and a beach bar, which we made use of. It also has a tennis court and outdoor gym, as well as 2 pools and a kids pool. The location is super for getting around Bali, and the little train stops just across the road. As many of the reviews have mentioned, the entertainment is in French. I think this is because it is run by a French company, and there are a lot of French guests. This really didn't bother us. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Food and Drinks Grilled meat was consistently overcooked. Upon arrival, we were given only 3 liters of water per room. When we asked for more, staff told us it’s not included and suggested buying water in the town. Cocktails are prepared strictly according to standard measures. If you ask for more alcohol or even just extra cola to fill the glass, they add ice instead to make up the volume. Breakfast is the same every day – the only variation is in the filo pastries (either cheese or spinach filling). During lunch and dinner, it’s very difficult to get into the restaurant due to crowd control. Space is limited, and people are let in only as others leave. Best to go around 2:00 PM for lunch or 9:00 PM for dinner to avoid queues. Accommodation and Rooms If you’re placed in rooms near the amphitheater (room numbers 800+), sleep is nearly impossible – the music is extremely loud, and even the walls shake. Room cleanliness is poor – upon arrival, we found someone else's hair, and floors are only swept through the center. Only one key per room is provided. A second key was not available upon request. In-room safe is available for an extra charge. Air conditioning works well. Hotel Services and Environment All animation and shows are in French only. There’s almost no communication in English, so non-French guests feel excluded. The animators argue with each other in front of guests, forgetting that others are around. Later, they sit under balconies, crying and discussing personal issues – guests are forced to hear it all. The pool closes at 6:00 PM and everyone is asked to leave. There aren’t enough sunbeds for all guests – often, you’re left sitting on a chair. Beach and Bar The beach is sandy and pleasant. At the beach bar, you’re asked to provide your room number – staff keep track of consumption due to internal accusations that employees are stealing coffee and alcohol. Since then, room numbers are required everywhere. Other Notes We paid €70 in cash for the Greek tourist tax (for a 4-star stay) but did not receive a receipt. Staff said receipts are only issued when paying by card. Conclusion Mistis Bali has serious shortcomings in service quality, cleanliness, and organization. The most disappointing aspects were the limited access to services, lack of English communication, and a general “cost-saving” attitude throughout the hotel. I would only recommend this hotel to fluent French speakers who don’t expect high-level service.

This has been our fourth stay at Mitsis hotels. There is not much difference between this 4* hotel and other 5* Mitsis hotels we stayed previosuly. Overall experience of Mitsis hospitality is very similar across the chain. Perhaps, the rooms are of slightly lesser quality but who cares about rooms in July. The only thing that I am finding hard to understand is a sudden appearance of a group of russian tourists. Why is that even possible, considering the current situation, is beyond my comprehension.

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff: Romero and Yanis at reception, Dimitri’s in the restaurants and at the pool and ALL the bar staff all do a fabulous job! The facilities are great, rooms are basic but adequate. Food and beverage could offer more variety, but we were certainly never hungry ! We really had a great stay!

The hotel overall is good the food is nice the drinks can be better like using good real cola and other softdrinks juices not water with a juice taste personel at chek in are cool bartenders are nice animation can ve better not alll customers are french so be all round and dont choose only frenchies and cut down on the noise and screaming and singing fallsly like its a bad kareoke night at the worst bar in town

The staff are absolutely amazing especially micaela she made us feel so welcome and right at home. The buffet food was very hit and miss but the two restaurants you can dine at once (week holiday) was unreal. The entitlement was for the French which was a little disappointing but the vies made up for it. All in all I would rate a good 8/10 and definitely want to come back with the family

The views from this hotel is like a Microsoft screen saver! Absolutely stunning. It is on a steep hill so not ideal for people who struggle with mobility. It is located close to the beach where they have a section for their guests to sunbathe on comfortable sun beds but get there early as it gets really busy. The pools are absolutely beautiful and the sunbeds are very comfortable, with plenty of parasols and small tables to put your belongings on. This is the best hotel I have been to, especially in Greece. It is very clean, beds are comfortable and the rooms are lovely. I would highly recommend. The food can be a little monotonous but for all Inc it was always hot and tasty. The local restaurants are fabulous so I would recommend a couple of days out for meals just to break it up. Lots of excursions available in the area We are English, however the majority of people who stayed here were French I think, it didn't bother us, in fact we liked it this way but the downside to this was that any entertainment seemed to be foreign so we found ourselves a little lost in the evening for things to do. The games room is great and so is the ping pong and outdoor gym.
