Great night and great stay. The staff was great and they even helped me with my luggage cart. Breakfast was hot and fresh and the area is nice.

This hotel is always has friendly and helpful staff. Very clean from my experience and they are in the best location if you’re a local. If you’re here for the beach, probably not where you wanna be. This place goes above and beyond to make the guest comfortable. The breakfast isn’t bad either. They have a nice variety although the same variety day in and day out. I will stay here again for sure.

Under construction which wasn’t disclosed, not worth full price
Smelled like mould, Kleenex dispenser empty…..not a great experience
Will not trust ******* in the future……will book my own stay

Avoid this hotel. Although it had just been renovated, it was extremely dirty and not cared for.

Hotel was under renovation, was clean but would have liked to know that fact before I booked. Some areas were still in need of reno work

This hotel is under construction. For the amount of money, I spend per night Holiday Inn Express should be ashamed. The only reason I was in Bradenton was to attend my brother's Celebration Of Life. I'm not a spring breaker!! In general, the room was nice but spacious and the front desk clerk was very nice, and apologized for all the materials and dust.

We loved our stay! The breakfast was great and coffee always hot.
The only complaint I would have is the pool area. The jacuzzi didn’t work and the pool was dirty with leaves.

Friendly staff, but the web site should have warned about on going construction. Lobby was under renovation, literally under construction. Breakfast was served, but carpenters and elections working within a few feet. Parking lot full of construction vehicles and storage containers.

The reservation was made for a Suite room with several beds and a room with only two beds was delivered. That is to say, they charged me for a more expensive room and gave me one with fewer beds. The price should be adjusted according to what you received.

This property is a dangerous construction zone. We were not made aware of the condition of the hotel.
There are many tripping hazards, construction debris, dust, tools, and noise. We arrived at night and there was NO lighting in the parking lot. We thought it was closed, there was no signage. The pool is closed, the breakfast area was disgusting because the tables were covered with white construction dust. Refund requested.
