Prior to the check-in date, we always communicate our guidelines to our guests, particularly emphasizing that early check-in is subject to availability. There are occasions when we are fully booked the night before, making early check-in requests impossible to accommodate. It's possible that there was a misunderstanding when our front desk staff mentioned the requirement of a TIN number. Just to clarify, we do not ask for a TIN number from our guests; perhaps the staff member was referring to a government-issued ID instead. Our system does not allow for double bookings as we keep a detailed record of available rooms and their occupants. We do not charge guests without valid reason, and each room is thoroughly inspected by our housekeeping staff before being assigned to a guest. We take pride in ensuring that all rooms are well-prepared and maintained to provide a comfortable stay for our guests.
