Even Hotel Austin Uptown Near the Domain

This is a great hotel. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room was clean and very nice. Room was equipped with a garment steamer which worked so well that I ordered one for myself. I loved the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom- no little bars or bottles to deal with and high quality products. The grounds were immaculate and beautiful….plenty of parking. My only negative comment is the mattress was a bit firm for me. I would definitely stay here again.

I went for a work trip. The hotel is new, very clean, staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, the hallways and lobby smelled wonderful, rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels restocked, security walks the property at night, and overall I felt completely comfortable and enjoyed my stay! I would love to know how they had it smelling so lovely!

The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast each morning in the restaurant and used the exercise equipment with no problems. The elliptical and the treadmill were sturdy and easy to use. The staff was helpful and courteous. Overall, a great stay!

I recently stayed at EVEN Austin Hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the pleasant scent and stunning decor set the tone for a fantastic stay. The atmosphere was welcoming and uplifting throughout the entire facility. The room attendants in the hallway deserve a special shout-out. They were always smiling and greeted me warmly every time I passed by, which made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Their dedication to their work was evident in the spotless cleanliness of my room. Alexandra and Toga provided outstanding customer service, even though they were still being trained. They handled everything with such professionalism and enthusiasm, clearly a testament to Lauren's excellent training. It's rare to see such seamless teamwork and dedication, and it didn't go unnoticed. The room itself was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with workout items that made it easy to stay active without leaving my room. But what truly blew me away was the hotel's gym—the biggest and most state-of-the-art facility I've ever seen in any hotel. It was a fitness enthusiast's dream come true! Overall, it’s clear that everyone at EVEN Austin Hotel loves their job, and it shows in the exceptional service and attention to detail. I can't wait to return and enjoy another wonderful stay. I will share my experience with everyone and try to convince my company to book me here in the future.

Before coming here, I did some research on the hotel and thought that it was very classic, it had a wide space, and the environment looked comfortable. Without a doubt, my first step into this hotel was amazing. The lighting, temperature and the workers, they were giving out a relaxing atmosphere. Fun in all, I liked their room the best. It was spacious, big, and well-layout. The bed was neat and the pillows soft. The bathroom had enough towels for 2 full days, moreover, they were soft on the skin. The shampoo, bath gel, and body lotion had a classic smell to them. Even though I usually side for floral one, these were not bad. The workers in this hotel were friendly and it was obvious that they liked their jobs. Their smiles and mannerism definitely proofed that. One of them was Maria, she is a receptionist. She talked in a nice tone, did everything to get the job done, and even tried to make sure that customers were getting a good impression of the hotel.

The EVEN HOTEL was AMAZING!!! Impressive the moment you enter the hotel! The decor is upscale and beautiful! The Staff; incomparable… friendly, efficient, and helpful! Notably; Chris, Alexandra, Oscar, Jake, and Sarah at the sister hotel next door! The room was so comfortable, stylish, beautiful and very relaxing! The food at both hotels was delicious and the shared pool between hotels was lovely! When staying in Austin, this hotel is a MUST!

Location is below average, some broken glass on the parking shows how dangerous is it. You can’t walk anywhere from the hotel. Swimming pool was closed, laundry was not even built yet (no machines), you can hear people from the room above or hallways clearly. Very new but a shame that the only place I wanted a bright light (the mirror) was the only place it had a warm light… While the bedroom is all bright white lights, not comfortable. All and all not worth the price. Also they are not flexible at all with late check-in despite my membership status

Very clean hotel. Staff go above and beyond and attentive. I will pick this hotel over and over while I'm in Austin. I love that you cannot access hotel floors without a key card. Bar Staff was awesome. Tolga is the friendliest bar tender ever. The cook made amazing food and was quick. However, keep in mind this hotel does not serve free breakfast.

Great location: close to Domain, but very quite in the evening; Delicious breakfast: I moved from ResidenceInn to here, way better now; Perfect facilities: I love sunshine in TX, can lie down on the bench downstairs;plus the gym is pretty good! The weight of machines for back, chest, leg and shoulder fits ＞90% needs if you aren’t a professional body builder. Service: thanks Luis for always fast response.
