This hotel is a newer property of a chain I’ve stayed at in Austin before. There are non-frills and there’s no housekeeping, but towels and other items are available at the front desk. You can’t beat the price, and the location was perfect for easy and affordable rides to downtown for SXSW. I will definitely stay here again when I just need a comfortable and quiet space to sleep.

One of the absolute best stays I’ve experienced throughout my entire travel experiences. Traveling for work can be tough because you’re always on the go, you’re away from family & friends, and you just try to create a home away from home. But staying at Woodsprings has been one of the greatest experiences EVER! Huge shoutout to both Terrance and LeAnne for making my experience, home! Thank you, Thank you, and Thank you!

Staff were all polite and helpful. This is a no-frills hotel. No bell-hop. No kitchen on site, so no room service, but the room had a full size fridge, kitchen sink, 2-burner stovetop & microwave. Windows in room do not lock due to sloppy construction, so avoid staying on first floor. Poor sound-proofing, so avoid rooms on highway side & bring ear plugs. Recommend 4th floor to avoid additional noise from the floor above you.

From the second we arrived, we were so happy! Easy parking, and the most kindest staff. Terry made us feel right at home, and gave us such great tips! Perfect distance from everything! Cannot wait to come back!

I seldom give 5-star reviews but THIS was a great stay for me. Modern room with a no non-sense approach, just the basics. No hairdryer or iron, but hey, bring your own! Staff was friendly and clean-looking. Clean environment without the cleaning “fumes” so many hotels at this price range have nowadays. If you are looking for good accommodations at a great price, this is it!

Friendly and helpful staff are key. They always make up for flaws or emergency issues on the physical property. In this case Terrence was very professional and accommodating to me when there was a burst pipe. He made sure that my room was ready for me on time.

My experience has been very pleasant. The room is comfy. Conveniently located. Also, the most important every staff member I've encountered has been above and beyond. Grateful!

Everything was good except the television remote did not work so we had to stream on our phones all night. It was a minor inconvenience. The road noise was also loud at times but we were tired so we fell asleep after some time.

What I did not like was that the resident that were there were making to much noise. And slamming the doors. And my husband was trying to get some rest because he was in pain. And the staff did not tell them anything. So I will not rent a room at that location sorry
