Het verblijf was wat ik had verwacht. Gewoon uitstekend

房間很大，衞生情況還好 ，隔音也還可以，早餐雖然品種不多，但味道不錯，員工服務好。

The welcome was good, the room spacious clean and well appointed. We had pre booked breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent . The choice for dinner was limited but the food was good. Unfortunately we had to leave on the Saturday morning before breakfast was being served. After dinner on Friday evening we wanted a drink in the bar but were made to feel most unwelcome and were ignored by bar staff. This spoilt our whole experience and would be reluctant to recommend this hotel to others

My mother had duo steak but one of the 2 steaks was not good. We got a new one and again the ‘ossehaas’ was again not good. For almost euro 35 this is not good at all. We got an apology but that’s all. The rest was okay ; therefore still a 3 in stead of a 5.

The room was boiling hot. The air conditioning didn’t work at all. I opened the window just to get some air, but all I could smell was cigarette smoke from people smoking outside. It was unbearable. There was no proper bed, just a mattress dumped on the floor. The staff didn’t seem to care at all. I asked for help multiple times and got nothing but attitude. Nicole, the floor manager, was one of the rudest staff members I’ve ever dealt with in any hotel. No empathy, no solution, just dismissive and cold. We ended up walking out of the hotel at midnight. My son was with me, and this trip was meant to be something special. Instead, it turned into a complete disaster. I’ve stayed in over 80 hotels and never left a review like this, but this place left me no choice. I’m now taking legal action. The way we were treated was not just unprofessional, it was disgraceful. Avoid this place. There are plenty of better hotels nearby that actually care about their guests. This one is all about taking your money and giving you nothing back.

Had a truly lovely stay at this hotel some time ago! Stayed in the Junior Suite, which offers a lot of space to have a great stay and night with your loved one. The walls must be soundproof as I did not get any complaints trying to maximize the experience in the hotel. The hotel offers a great connection to the highway and is close to lovely towns like Asten and Someren but also offers a quick connection to Eindhoven. There are many woods close by, and if you decide to go on a hike, you may be lucky like we were and run into some deer or bulls on your way outside. I also want to applaud the staff, who look very representable and have very warm feelings about 1 of the back office women, who was very kind and nice to chat with.

Super hotel just off the motorway. Very comfortable. Good restaurant. Thanks to the staff who served us as we arrived late in the evening. Wide choice of food for breakfast. Staff were very pleasant. There is a nice swimming pool and sauna. There is free parking.

Secind visit atcthis hotel and just as good as the first . Food and drink is great , everywhere is spotlessly clean and the staff are superb . The wifi througout the hotel is strong Thankyou to the lady on reception for arranging all my taxis for the week . This is a great hotel

Lovely hotel, very helpful and friendly reception staff , great beer , but downside unfortunately if you don’t eat meat or dairy you will struggle like we did, the staff knew we were vegan when we booked and this was also our second visit. First time we were treated very well and had good options but for some strange reason we had hardly any options at all on our second visit .We stayed for two nights and had the same dinner both nights. Breakfast was not given any thought on our second visit and disappointed with just alternative ham and cheese which we had to ask staff what we were getting at the time. On our first visit We had beans and hash browns, which we thought we would get again but didn’t. Staff in the restaurant were young and did not want to suggest anything to help. For lunch all we could have was chips as all the menus showed lots of meat options and nothing else. Very difficult to accept with the way our world is changing and how many people could be gluten free or have allergies but would struggle here sorry to say. Really hope hotels would offer a better menu for everyone to choose not just meat and vegetarian.

Just spent 3 nights here for work . Absolutley fantastic hotel . Full gymm and pool which are in superb condition Resteraunt which is lovely with a good choice Bar is nice with a good selection of drinks and has the football on 2 screens but doesnt take over the bar area with noise so you can take it or leave it Breakfast is perfect with everything from bacon ,sausage and eggs to meats breads ect Rooms are spotless and large with a good selection of channals on the TV Free wifi which is actually worth logging onto Staff are freindly and can not do enough to make sure you stay is a good one . Happy , smiling staff all of them . Note , there is no usb ports in the room for charging so need a travel plug charge your phone / iphone . Overall a great hotel and will definatly stay again while away with work

I have to admit I didn't have high expectations for a Best Western but pleasantly surprised. Clean and comfortable. Good restaurant, Spa and gym which I haven't seen but apparently very good. If you are in the area I would definitely recommend and we will be back.
