在法國第一次遇到的入坑的酒店，攜程上標準很清楚的細節對於法國的酒店基本屬於沒用，還好投訴到攜程後解決了問題，但是即影響心情又耽誤時間，所以提醒大家預訂法國的酒店一定提前和攜程確認，避免被酒店強制入坑

房間很乾淨，服務人員人很好，旁邊就有商場，走到地鐵站也不遠。如果下次有機會再到巴黎回再次考慮入住的！

酒店位置還行，在小巴黎邊上，但有點吵，務必注意不能要路邊的房間，其他還行，像國內的招待所，設施比較久，但這就是歐洲酒店現狀。

I’m incredibly happy that I stayed in the Courtyard Paris Arcueil during my recent visit this past July. The hotel definitely has more of a corporate/business vibe than Parisian opulence. In the center of the lobby I was delighted to see chilled water and face towels that were as refreshing as an oasis! Upon my check-in I was greeted by Fabian at the front desk who processed my booking and activated my key and mentioned that my digital key on the Bonvoy application will live in a few minutes. Upon entering my room, the welcome gift—a handwritten note, a bottle of wine, chocolates, and an Olympic Phryge plush toy—brought a wide smile to my face. It was a gesture that made me feel highly appreciated as a Bonvoy member and reinforced my loyalty to Marriott properties. The positives: The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was the most modern and eco-friendly Courtyard I’ve experienced, complete with a multilingual staff and a mall conveniently located across the street. The average: The hotel is situated about a 40-minute metro journey from most tourist sites, with limited nightlife in the vicinity. However, the charming little bar in the lobby is perfect for a casual coffee or a glass of wine. The negatives: The hotel lacks a scenic view, and the metro ride to CDG airport takes approximately an hour.

Clean and with amenities. Staff went above and beyond to help us with finding places to get our Covid test for our return flight. They were kind and gracious. I was not in love with the restaurant food, but it didn’t make or break our stay. I would stay here again.

The hotel was lovely to stay in, with well-kept, clean rooms and helpful staff (special thanks to Tanjim for assuring a smooth check-in process and arranging everything for us, security at night (unfortunately I don't remember the name) for helping us out everytime). Exploring the city was easier too due to the location's convenience. Overall, it was a pleasant and reasonably priced experience.

I have stayed at various Marriott hotels before, but this one was by far the worst experience. The staff at check-in were rude and impatient, which set a negative tone for the rest of our stay. We encountered issues with the room being overheated, which we reported twice during our stay, but nothing was done to resolve. Additionally, the water fountains in the corridors were constantly out of use, which was inconvenient—the basic facilities, including the breakfast area, served a standard continental breakfast. On a positive note, the hotel's location is convenient. It is close to a shopping centre and a couple of restaurants. It is also about a 10-minute walk to RER B, which makes transportation relatively easy. However, the overall experience was subpar for our price, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Suggestions to Management: Please provide proper training for your staff. Their manners were terrible, particularly the Asian gentleman at the front desk, whose attitude was especially disrespectful. Address the issues with room temperatures and ensure that facility maintenance, such as water fountains, is up to standard. Overall, this hotel needs significant improvements in both service and amenities to justify its price.

So the hotel had temperature regulation problems and it was super hot all the time. I basically had to leave my room window open to air it out. Other than that the breakfast was okay, but they did give it to me as I'm a titanium member and courtyards aren't obligated to give anything beyond a $10 per person per day benefit. The location to the metro is convenient along with the RER to CDG airport.

I almost felt like giving them a two star, but I decided to error on the way of being kind. The hotel is pretty far out of town and taxi rides will cost you about €20 each way. When we arrived at the hotel, we had seen it $70 cheaper online that same day but they said since we had booked out a long ways in advance. We had to stay with the rate we started with. Some of the front desk, workers were nice but there was one gentleman that was there during the day and he just rolled his eyes at everybody and hardly ever smiled. We are Marriott titanium members and the breakfast was just OK. They did just replace the carpets and tried to update the hotel, but the air in the room was not at a comfortable level. I personally would find another hotel the next time.

The hotel is overall very pleasant and rooms are spacious for a hotel in Paris. The staff is helpful and pleasant, the room was comfortable , and the breakfast was good. It is well located, with a shopping centre just across the street, and close to the Laplace RER train station and the Montrouge area, which are both linked to the metro network. One downside is the lack of international electrical sockets, surprising for a Marriott brand( make sure you bring adaptors). The rooms are dated, and will need to be refurbished. Overall, a good value hotel.

Restricted from using points so had to go outside of the city of Paris to find “reasonable”room rates. As in most European hotel’s air conditioning in our rooms were less than comfortable. Hotel is in need of updating. Family all had itchy feet, carpets likely had critters. Two night stay was two nights too long!

The rooms were comfortable. I had to request washcloths regularly. Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Love the breakfast each morning. It was convenient to have a mall nearby as I remembered things I hadn’t packed.
