The other people staying here are rude, blasting music all night long and early in the morning, upon walking into my room the entire place smelled like a toilet blew up, staff refused to put me in a different room. Windows don't open, and no fridge/microwave available. They're are washers and dryers though... Not sure how much they cost.

It appears clean and maintained but appearances aren't always as they seem cause this place has roaches

This place is very convenient. Staff is very friendly specially a female staff named Pri, she confirms your stay quick and easy with no problems also an understanding person. The manager Rosa very professional, she keeps her property on check makes me feel safe and does her best to satisfy your stay. Rooms are clean and they offer you housekeeping every day for the price I say it's a win. We always stay coming back.

I had verified my reservation at the property the day before. When we arrived. I was given a smoking room without handicapped access. I was told in no uncertain terms that I had not ordered an accessible room and had not verified it. Showing him the ******* booking and my cell phone log did not change this. Only after getting an ******* agent to call the property (that took an hour by itself) did the young man look again and see his mistake. So finally, this was this fixed. The location is 7 miles away from the Anaheim Convention Center which was good. The Denneys in the parking lot is closed permanently. The handicapped shower was good and there were adequate grab bars. The room was sort of clean and the sheets were stained — I've stayed in worse. My companion's room in the other building was infested with bedbugs. I did not see them in mine but the thought made me uncomfortable. I will never stay here again.

The place is good, it's just that the smell of cigarettes didn't let me sleep, it's too strong, the rooms are clean

There were multiple cockroaches in the bathroom. The walls are paper thin. Could hear conversations in room next to me. Despite cockroaches the second night the room was clean when I checked in and amenities were fine. Get what you pay for.

It wasn’t horrible but certainly simple. We had to request clean sheets upon arrival that we had to change ourselves. Housekeeping updated our bedding and towels freshly after that for the next two days. We could hear road noise and neighbors in a.m. and evening but not overly noisy or late into the night. There seemed to be people living in several of the rooms. Positive, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Just keep in mind with a cheap stay, you get what you pay for.

Room smelled like cigarettes and people live in this hotel full time. When checking in there were random sketchy people using the laundry facilities to charge their phones. Stayed about 15 minutes in the room before checking out. Did not deel safe had to leave. Jacket that i threw on the bed reeks lole cigarettes now too

Was terrible experience , the worst motel we ever been to, room next to us played very loud music all night long until 7 am the whole room was shaking all night . People were fighting outside, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night ,

It was okay but there was no microwave, mini fridge, or hair dryer. Also the bathroom is too small, even the shower head wasn't that high.
