this is a good location for most popular tourist interests; staff was very nice; rating would improve if mini-frig and ice machine were available.

The property is in a great location. It would be great if they kept it a little bit more up to date. For e.g. the A/C in the room had leaked and the section of the carpet outside the bathroom was fully wet when we checked in. The receptionist said they couldn’t do anything about it and would note it down so somebody else can take a look but that never got fixed. Amongst the fruits, there were only 2 apples in the breakfast room, one of which was rotten. The rooms are fine, but the hotel has somewhat of a dingy smell. The reception looks great, but not so much the room. The location is awesome. It would be nice if they gave advanced notice about parking to tourists who come in from the outside. I had sent them messages on ******* but nobody responded back. When I called to confirm the bed configuration of the rooms, they were blaming ******* for not listing the information they had sent properly. As a customer, I expect the hotel to make sure their information is up to date on all websites they advertise it at. The hotel was not as expensive so I shouldn’t be complaining too much. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Conenient location within walking distance of Centraal Station, restaurants and trams/metro. Property itself was clean and room was comfortable, though a room facing street was noisy at night. Housekeeping staff was terrific. Front desk staff ranged from helpful to completely indifferent to absent for 15 minutes with no sign regarding return.

The hotel is an easy 10–15-minute walk from the Central train station. Our room was clean. The breakfast (extra cost) included hot sausage, eggs and bacon as well as the usual pastries (wonderful), rolls, cheeses, and cold cuts.

It is really convenient if you want to explore Central Amsterdam as everything is within walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommended!

I liked where the property was located in the heart of Amsterdam.The price was ridiculous. 2 persons for 2 nights was $800! The towels were ragged on the edges and one of the bath towels had a hole in the middle. Breakfast was not included and the heat in the room was too much even turned on low.

Room was very small and you could hear the person in the room above walking around.
