Во время проживания в отеле был ремонт, в номере был шум от стройки. Поменяли номер на 1 этаж выше, но неохотно, после нескольких просьб. В итоге шум все равно остался и в новом номере. Персонал ресторана совершенно не готов к обслуживанию большого количества людей во время завтрака. Оплачивали завтрак дополнительно, ждали пол часа когда наполнят корзины хотя бы каким-то булочками, вместо ложек кофе пришлось перемешивать ножом.

Santral Gar’a 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Temiz bir otel. Biz aile odasını kullandık, 3. Yatak çok sertti, bu nedenle ilave yorgan istemek zorunda kaldık. Otelde kaldığımız dönemde tadilat olduğu için sabah gürültü vardı. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü.

Mükkemmel bir hotel.Central metroya yürüyerek 10 dk,48 numaralı otobüs ile sadece 1 durak,otobüs ücretsiz. Girişte sabah saat 10:00 hemen odamızı verdiler,diğer hoteller gibi giriş saatini bekletmediler. Hotel muazzam 11.katta central manzaralı oda harikaydı. Odalar çok büyük,ferah ve temiz,banyo yine çok büyük içerisinde duşakabin artı büyük küvet var.Hotel çalışanlar,resepsiyon görevlileri çok nazik ve yardımsever. Bir sonraki seyahatimde başka hotele gitmem.Fiyatının çok çok üstünde bir hotel.Bence en az 5 yıldız olmalı. Amsterdamda kalınabilecek en iyi hotel.

Renovation중임을 제외하면 멋진 외관의 호텔. 다만 볼거리 많은 시내와 멀리 떨어져있고 반고흐 박몰관까지는 거의 50분을 걸어야함. 이외 모두 만족.

Room is good. Morning session has 2 lifts only.

房間很乾凈，裝修現代，衞生間不錯，淋浴間很大。

Horrible experience. 2 hours to check in, they couldnt find one of our 3 rooms booked, give us wrong room had to change. Late for our booked trip which impacted us losing money on second as it closed. 1 room not made up 1 not done well. Overcharged. Waited 30 minutes on check out for manager who talked over us then told us to email a manager. Room dirty, floor bad stained poor staff service. Been coming to Amsterdam 10 years once/twice a year. Worst hotel money wise

The water didn’t work for our first day we were there. The hotel said it wasn’t their fault which is fair enough but when you have paid for a service, and you cannot even shower or brush your teeth before going out for the day it’s not very fair they wouldn’t give any compensation even when asked to do so.

No expect that they will give you a room with view it doesn’t matter what category room you booked.

During our three-night stay at this hotel with my family, the staff exhibited genuine kindness and helpfulness, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. However, despite these positive aspects, the room was uncomfortably cold. Despite the central heating being set to a maximum of 23 degrees, it hovered around 21 degrees, and sometimes even less. Upon requesting a heater, we were provided with a small one (attached below), but the second room lacked a switcher to plug it in. Typically, when returning to a hotel on a cold day, one hopes to warm up, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. Despite this setback, I rate the hotel 4/5 for its cleanliness, value for money, and the kindness of the staff, especially when compared to other options in Amsterdam.
