Odaların ve tesisin temizliği yetersiz. Yemekler yeterince lezzetli değil ve ekstra yemek, içecek pahalı. Odaya en fazla 2 küçük su veriliyor, çok anlamsız.

值得推薦，建議預訂晚餐一起，酒店周邊沒有餐廳，想要自己出去吃飯不太方便… 總的來説，這個酒店時候度假，非常不錯！

바다가 아름다운그곳 레스토랑에서의 바다뷰는 너무아름다웠다 온천에서의 휴식과 바다 .호텔 .직원들의 서비스 모두맘에들었다 다시가고싶은 곳이다 주변에는 아무것도없다 근처에 아름다운마을들이있다 완벽한 휴식을 전해준호텔이다 터키에서 젤맘에들었던곳이다 수영장이 모두 문을열지는않았지만 그래도 만족스러운 곳이다

It was a very pleasant stay at Ilica Hotel Spa & Wellness Resort. They have very good service and the rooms had everything what I needed. They have a mini bus starting and stopping in front of the hotel, which you can take to the towns/villages in this area. It is well located and the beach is just so beautiful and clean here. I can recommend to book the hotel. 4 stars only because my dinner which I ordered once was not very well prepared, but the sandwiches I had during the day were delicious and breakfast had a lot of choice. Rooms could be in some corners a little bit cleaner, however all in all a very good hotel.

Overall stay was great! Friendly and supportive staff. The resort itself was beautiful with an amazing beach access, clear waters and neat decks. Convenient location close to main attractions including Aliçatı center. Would recommend it for both families and couples alike.

Great service lovely experience . Breakfast and dinner open buffet fresh prepare so much choice to choose. Room was clean always spotless. ………………………………………………………………………. I will definitely be back! Thank you all again for your great service

we had an incredible time and experience at this hotel. Everything was just perfect, including the quality and variety of food, the service from staff, the rooms, and the entertainment they had! Although the food was self-service, the waitress’ would still keep an eye on our drinks and would serve us drinks without us even asking! Staff members Selin, Zeynel and receptionist Berfin in particular were very sweet and welcoming! It was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Never seen such thoughtful and attentive hotel staff! Beautiful hotel and love staying here with my family. The resort is beautiful with a lovely beach area and pool. We stayed in the bungalows this year which are much better than the standard rooms in the main hotel, which are very business like. Lovely food and great location. Improvements could be made on check out to make it easier/speedier and more evening entertainment.

ılıca hotel is a complete disappointment, this is our second stay in this hotel, we thought of going as a family for the second time because we were satisfied with our first stay, the location and location of the hotel's mansion hotel is very good, but the staff and accounting unnecessarily trying to charge us invoices made us completely upset, we do not recommend staying in the hotel, the reasons for this are as follows: firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms, the smell of toilet comes from the bathrooms, the room is not cleaned every day, and secondly, as I said, high invoices were tried to be charged, invoices that did not belong to us were tried to be charged to us, about 60.000 TL as a result of a five-day stay, we had an extra payment, although invoices that did not belong to us were put in front of us and tried to be taken from us, I do not recommend that we stay in this hotel, you can find much better alternatives in Çeşme, I do not think that the hotel can collect too many customers because of this attitude, your stay at the hotel is not recommended, it is a complete fiasco.

Stayed in the hotel for a couple of days in September while, my spouse and children extended their stay for 3 more nights. Thumbs up when it comes to: Entertainment for the kids, food, beach, beautiful Suit room. Unfortunately, when I left the hotel, my family had an unpleasant experience while other guest use the Hamam for drying their swimming suits, while leaving the doors open, and screaming around like they’ve never been in a hotel before while insisting on keeping their peasant behavior in public and attacking people verbally, and physically pushing my spouse in front of my children,when asked to close the door. Bad luck on our side, but very poor management on the hotel side as nothing was done by either prevent the miss usage of the Spa, as well not giving a feedback back to their clients when a problem arrises.

Staying here for 3 nights with my wife. It is my 3rd time visiting this hotel and the facilities are amazing especially the thermal pools and spa.All the staff are really friendly and cannot do enough for you. Food is beautiful. A special thank you to Nairnia in the spa. I just had the most amazing Bali massage I ever had. 1 more night left and cannot wait to come back.

Had an amazing few days at this fabulous hotel. Food was great, bedroom so cosy, pools fantastic and staff were so attentive and caring especially Nairnia in the spa (she gives a fabulous masage) and Tulin in the restaurant. All in all, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Everything is perfect , room esas clean. especially foods are very delicious. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful Sea is not very cold. There is Aqua park for kids we will stay future again. Thanks
