ITS WAS VERRY NICE STAY.THIS HOTEL CONNECTED TO THREE MALLS.AND LOTS OF VARIETY OF FOODS AND SHOPPINGS.STAFF BEHAVIOR VERRY POLITE AND COPPRATIVE OVER ALL ITS BEST STAY.

Overall it’s a good hotel but the price we paid for it was not worthy . We could get more better hotel in this price.

Overall I liked this hotel, everything seemed well appointed, Breakfast was very good also. Only disapointment was upon arrival the hotel couldnt find my booking, but after a short while the problem was resolved.

Amazing hotel, Staff at the reception was very helpful and nice. The hotel is next to a big and very modern mall.

Excellent hotel svelte We stayed at the hotel for 3 night . The entire staff was very friendly and helpful they even accepted our check in at 4 am after a our plane was delayed. The room are accepted with basic amenities, room amazing work cleaning by mamta the hotel location very nice house keeping cleaning excellent work by housekeeping staff all team.

If a clean, well maintained hotel is what you are looking for - this isn't it. The fridge was nasty, with rust and mold on the bottom bit and a HUGE ice formation at the back. The bathroom had mold spots on multiple areas surrounding the shower, there was huge soap (or maybe hard water?) stain near the drain, the shampoo dispenser was basically empty and the soap dish had been used by someone as an ash tray - it should have been replaced, especially considering the price I was charged (12000 INR/night). On the other hand, if your only concern is to find a comfy place to sleep, staying here shouldn't be an issue, as my room was quiet, the bed comfortable and since only one light (out of 5) was working, it made me feel immediately sleepy as the room was pretty dark even with the one working light on. The flooring was chipping on multiple places and had visible marks from something previous guests may have spilled on the floor (I couldn't get a proper photo, but considering the poor lighting, I understand why the cleaning crew missed it). The breakfast was decent, though you can find much nicer food at the adjacent mall (there is actually a door that connects the hotel to the mall, very convenient). The hotel is secure, with the security team being professional and caring. I booked this hotel trusting the reviews, the fact it is a "4-star hotel" and its connection with Radisson. Considering this is the worst hotel I ever stayed at in my life, I have no idea how Radisson allows them to be connected with the brand as all it does is bring the name down - I no longer trust the Radisson branding as a synonym of a good hotel and I am sure I am not the only one. If you are asking yourself why shouldn't you trust the positive reviews, I explain: the receptionist coerces you to publish a positive review in order to actually go through with your checkout/store your luggage for a while (which I needed, since my flight was in the evening). She literally made me show my mobile screen with the positive review posted and until then, no tag to attach to my luggage was given, no invoice for my stay. She even said "madam, you need to show proof of your positive review to me so that I can log this in the system". I felt hostage to her, she would have access to my belongings for a few hours and therefore I did indeed post a positive review - which I since have deleted to provide the full story here. If you want my unsolicited advice: do not come to this hotel!

Stayed for 2 nights at SVELTE HOTEL SAKET with family, and it was a great experience for all of us. The staff was very courteous, very responsive, took care of us at all times. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Thank you for making out stay special

Very comfortable and nice stay, Good Ambiance and food too. Location of hotel is very centrally located for business destinations. Miss. Divya Sing house keeping supervisor is very good and responsible in her work and Mr. Hoshiyar maintenance guy is very good and warm too. Also staff at front desk and at restaurant are very helpful. They always helped me to make my stay comfortable.

Great Service by Kishan Singh, Excellent Hospitality and best Location. One Stop solution for Everyone.... Very Friendly Staff.... Cleanliness..... Better than any 5 Star..... The most important thing is that the Rooms are very neat n clean with a Great View of Select city mall view. Better location than hilton garden next to it. Staff Rocks.....
