Dịch vụ rất tốt, nhưng phòng rất bình thường, rất khác so với hình ảnh, tôi không thích lắm; nhưng bữa sáng cũng không tệ, tôi thích bữa sáng ừm, tôi quên chụp ảnh, phải có; cải tạo ở đó, mùi trong phòng hơi ồn; không có gì khác, anh có hai cửa hàng, chỉ khác nhau một chữ nên vẫn phải chú ý.

This place was all right, but definitely missing some key things. Pros: close to everything with a CU and mini market around the corner. Scandalista bar and restaurant next door makes awesome cocktails (food was okay as well). Cons: TV didn't seem to work (took me about 20 minutes to make it functional). Toilet stopped flushing at some point, so I went to call the front desk, only to discover that the room phone didn't work 😂. Housekeeping "cleaned" the room, but only cleaned the toilet after a special request. Overall, if you're on a tight budget, I think the room was fine for the money, but if you're willing/able to spend a bit more, I'd recommend going somewhere else for a stay in Almaty.

I had a good stay at Mildom Premium Hotel — clean room, great location, and the lady at the reception during the day was very professional and friendly. However, one of the night staff (name showed as Алишер on WhatsApp) kept messaging me about showing me the city and told me to prepare money, including more money if I wanted to go to clubs. It felt unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I hope the hotel looks into this.

Value for money, bit small room, but has everything, good location in city centre. Reception is very nice to waive fee for a broken glass

I dont know what to say about this hotel. I wouldnt recommend it as the service is not so good. The recpetion staff didnt seem to be interested in exchanging smiles. I wish i choose another hotel. I wouldnt recommend this to other travellers.

The hotel is located very conveniently and on a beautiful street . However, in the evening it is quite noisy and the windows are not designed for soundproofing. The room was maximally small so that one person to go to the bathroom or get in the shower to squeeze through. And I am s size . The serving girls are rude and also asked to leave a deposit of $40 room charge . They asked me to leave cash as it would take a long time to get it back if I used my card. There are no ATMs nearby and I had to leave all the cash money I had in local currency. No one warned me before I checked into the hotel. The mini-bar prices are overpriced by 9!!!! times. Be careful. 50 grams of peanuts that cost 40 cents at the store. They'll cost you $4 if you get hypoglycemia at night. From all my trips to Almaty this hotel left the most unpleasant feeling .

Nice place stay in Almaty less price compared with other same category breakfast nice & but they deposit money about their security nothing in mini bar starts also very friendly

The hotel is excellent. Have a very good stay there. Just need to improve on water control for hot and cool water which cannot be controlled. The staff the reception are very helpful and try to communicate her best in english

The hotel location is good, super near the Abai Opera House, Zenkov Cathedral and other landmarks. The room size and amenities are reasonable compared to the price and clean but we didn’t receive much friendliness from the hotel staff. All in all it was a good stay.

I could not reach hotel stuffs, as I wanted to cancel my booking two days before.

We liked everything about the hotel – its location, cleanliness, and overall experience. We’ll definitely come again next time and recommend it to our friends.
