Tôi đã đến đó sau khi thấy nó trên Xiaohongshu. Xiaohongshu thực sự là một cuốn sách lừa đảo. Làm sao một khách sạn tệ như vậy có thể được nhiều người nổi tiếng trên mạng quảng cáo để lừa dối người dân Trung Quốc. Trước hết, giá của khách sạn này cao hơn Banyan Tree, nhưng phòng thực sự khác với Banyan Tree. Tôi đã ở trong một căn phòng trong một đêm, đó chỉ là một túp lều tranh, tương đối nhỏ và không có dịch vụ. Có một vụ mất điện trong 3 giờ vào giữa đêm, vào tháng 6. Mất điện trong 3 giờ, thật là một khái niệm, trời nóng quá, thực sự không tin vào những quảng cáo của những người nổi tiếng trên mạng trên Xiaohongshu nữa. Những người nổi tiếng trên mạng đó có thể vào bằng tiền.

Các mức phí khác nhau của khách sạn là không hợp lý: mức tiêu thụ bình quân một bữa ăn của đầu người là 500 nhân dân tệ, và một chai Coke trong minibar là 70 nhân dân tệ. 5 phút lái xe từ khách sạn đến Maraya tốn 230 RMB. Ở tại cây đa bên cạnh là miễn phí. Tôi không ở cây đa mà chỉ đi ăn. Họ có thể đưa tôi về Habitats miễn phí. . Điều nghẹn ngào nhất là khi tôi không ở trong phòng, khi đang di chuyển vali lên kệ, tôi đã trực tiếp kéo vali lên khỏi mặt đất và dây kéo bị đứt. Khi tôi thương lượng với họ thì họ nói rằng dây kéo đã bị đứt. Nó có thể tự vỡ nhưng sẽ không bị vỡ khi di chuyển. Chuyện đó không có gì to tát, tôi chỉ cảm thấy thái độ của họ là trốn tránh trách nhiệm trước chứ không thành thật xin lỗi. Tôi đề nghị nếu bạn sống ở Banyan Tree bên cạnh, bạn có thể đến nhà hàng này để dùng bữa và chỉ ngắm nhìn hồ bơi. Và tôi đã có hai bữa ăn ở Banyan Tree. Chúng rất ngon.

So với Banyan Tree thì cơ sở vật chất hơi lạc hậu nhưng dịch vụ và môi trường vệ sinh thì tuyệt vời! Khách sạn còn có nhiều trải nghiệm và tiện nghi thú vị như bạt lò xo, xích đu, rạp chiếu phim bầu trời đầy sao, yoga thung lũng, v.v... Những tác phẩm điêu khắc nằm rải rác ở mọi ngóc ngách của thung lũng cũng rất thú vị.

The swimming pool is perfect! The view was great~ the room was very clean, we love it! E-bike service is the best and the trampoline

Amazing experience. The only thing that disappointed us is the check in process. It was very long and there was lack of “welcome ceremony” which we’d really wanted to see.

I had some issue during the check in (they saw my Trip.com booking as cancelled) but they solved it in approx 30 minutes. The location is unique - it is in the naturally beautiful place, quite isolated and private. Services are amazing. Maybe the only thing I wasn’t expecting was the weather - it is quite windy there and it becomes freezing in the evenings

這次來alula除了住悦榕莊還有就是這家 真的沒有讓人失望酒店活動很多 晚上自己房間還可以看星星 户外洗澡的地方真的太可以了 除了🔭還有巖石看電影瑜伽冥想 早餐的話就在泳池邊點單方式是菜單點 服務也去很到位ebike一定要在日落的時候騎 氛圍感真的太好了🥹

在alula住的這家酒店，整體能給3分。位置還行，周邊吃飯買東西方便，房間設施也還算乾淨。 但服務確實差點意思，估計是住的人太多，前台辦入住等了快半小時，叫客房送瓶水也等了挺久。最不方便的是沒幾個工作人員會説中文，問個路線啥的得連比劃帶翻譯軟件，挺費勁的。 要是人少點、能有中文服務就好了。

哈比斯酒店提前辦理了入住，房間設施比較陳舊，但是打掃衞生乾淨，沒有什麼不可以滿意，每個房間都配有一輛電動車，酒店早餐一般，如果可以的話可以不需要早餐。

除了景色什麼都很一般，個子高的人洗澡可以説是現場直播，房間也很小，喜歡參加活動的人可能會比較喜歡，在酒店還丟了air pods，但是酒店説沒有看見，早餐要略勝旁邊悦榕莊一籌

超喜歡！特別喜歡露天浴室，設計非常棒。 酒店整體服務都很好，除了早餐餐廳一位戴眼鏡的男士，請他送杯橙汁答應了一直沒後續，問他別的問題他説去確認下回復我也沒有後續。酒店唯一的吐槽點。
