環境在大路邊上，不算很野那種。酒店廣告照片有處理過，周邊環境並沒有那麼美好。

One of the best places ever! Everything was well organized actually amazing and the staff and esp Ahmad Bin Zayed. Who was very helpful and turned our night to a magical night. The food was great and clean and delicious of course. Our guests enjoyed it to the maximum. I really recommend this place for family stay or business dinner or lunch.

It was an excellent experience and I really enjoyed every minute. The staff were very nice and the food was delicious. I feel like I am home and I am planning to visit again. Although it is a 50 minutes where I am living but for sure I will come regularly to this place. I talked about it to my family and my friends and surprisingly they are not aware of it

A stress relief location and amazing staff. Good for a weekend, gathering, and business trips. The night view is amazing, and sunrise can be seen from the tower that oversees the dune. You can enjoy a lot of desert activities if you like them.

Awesome service! Five star food and ambiance! The place is out of this world! We were a large group of more than 70 people. Service was top notch. My two bedroom tent was a piece of heaven! Definitely planning to make this retreat my top to-go place ! Thank Ahmed, jamal, Elvin, Prakash and the entire team! Impeccable service by warm people and continuously smiling faces! Bravo!

Such a peaceful and 5 star place , highly recommend! We enjoyed the outdoor space and had an exquisite dining experience. The staff were also very welcoming and paying attention to details. It’s a place I definitely want to come back to very soon

They cancelled my friend's fully paid reservation the night before they were meant to stay at the hotel. The reason they came up with was that there was a "glitch" in the system. It's like an airline that overbook a flight... My friends booked this holiday 7 months in advance so they thought they were getting a great deal. Never did they think for a second that they would be left stranded because the resort would decide to cancel their reservation! Any serious business would honour a booking they accepted and that was fully paid. But not these guys! They told my friends that if they wanted to stay in the resort, they would have to pay 3 times more than what their original reservation had been! My friends and their kids ended up sleeping on my couch and floor... So much for the famous desert hospitality that I always talk about when someone is visiting. What a shameful behaviour.

淋浴空間太開放 洗澡水會留到整個衞生間 容易打滑 晚上洗澡有熱水 早上沒有 前台説是每人50L 用完了就沒熱水了？ 沖個澡怎麼可能用完呢 莫名其妙

두바이와 거리가 있지만, 꼭 한번 경험해야할 사막호텔 입니다. 숙소, 식사도 훌륭하고, 가성비도 좋아 꼭 방문하시길 추천합니다.

I visitted the resort with my friends hoping for a unique experience at the desert and the resort exceeded my expectations. The facilities and in house activities were amazing and we enjoyed them very much. The staff were very helpful especially Mr Kebba who greeted us right from our car. Then he accompanied us for a very smooth check in procedure and took us for a tour around the resort. I would like to say thank you for all of the staff who work here for providing us with such an awesome experience. Highly recommend to visit this place ❤️

We really enjoyed staying in the hotel , the tent was clean with complimentary snacks and fruits . W came to celebrate mu daughter birthday the made a nice surprise for her and bring the balloons, cake , and the falcon to our tent , we take a pics , the staff were very kind especially Ukhasha , he helped us a lot . We recommend the hotel for everybody who want a quiet place away from the city noise .

The food and drinks are absolutely delicious. The tent with the private pool is super calming and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I can advise absolutely everyone to come and see and enjoy this beautiful place.
