It was an incredible 7 nights. Iberostar was a pleasant surprise. I had seen reviews of other hotels and was afraid, so I chose this hotel and it was the best decision. Location, entertainment and food options. I recommend it and I'll definitely be back!

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

This summer in Aug wonderful stay at Iberostrar hotel Kantaoui Bay Hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The hotel offers excellent amenities, including beautiful pools and a private beach. A special shoutout to Sadem at the reception—his helpfulness and friendly demeanor truly made my experience memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. First time travelling to Tunisia and first time staying in an Iberostar property. Absolutely couldn’t fault it. We were a family of 2 parents (late 40’s) and 2 teenagers (16 & 14) The hotel is beautiful- so luxurious, modern, well- maintained and elegant. Check- in was smooth. Tight security (including x-ray machine) on arrival- felt reassuring and security staff very polite and courteous. Porters were immediately there to take bags and offer chilled welcome drinks. Reception staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. I had requested 2 rooms, close together if possible. They were unable to accommodate both rooms on the same floor- once they saw the second room was for our teenage children, they moved quickly to arrange an upgraded Suite with a connecting room. Our housekeeper Naleema looked after us throughout our stay, which was nice. The room was immaculate and nothing we required was too much trouble. She always had a lovely smile and a friendly word, and was happy to come back later if one of us was resting in the afternoon. 5 stars Hotel facilities were excellent- infinity saltwater pool was the highlight for us- pure bliss. Main pool was livelier and featured activities from animation team. Gentle activities such as yoga and French Bowls were also welcome. Lovely selection of sunbeds with mattresses, Bali beds and Cabanas available. Pool area, gardens and beach all with plenty of space, so you didn’t feel cramped. Freshwater showers, toilets and bar at both pool area and beach. Snack bar and food truck available at beach also with covered dining area. Food was incredible in this hotel. Best food I’ve ever had on holiday anywhere. Wide selection, beautifully prepared and presented. Breakfast served 7-10am. Lunch 12:30-2:30pm Dinner 6:30-9:30pm Snack bar 3-5pm Different sections for different cuisines- Tunisian, Italian, Tapas, Grilled fish/meats- all available every day, with the addition of Chefs Specials cooked/served to request eg. Paella, crepes, kebab, beef wellington, seafood pasta etc. Fresh salad bar and vegan dishes always available and always different. Lovely terrace for a pre-dinner cocktail, with great waiting staff (special mention for Waleed- who always had our drinks prepared and served with some bar nibbles by the time we sat down!) Entertainment wasn’t really our thing as we tended to play a hand or two of cards after dinner, then head to bed around 10:30- but each to their own! The stage area down by the beach was always popular and had a different show every night. Each hotel has their own section of the beach guarded by lifeguards and security personnel. It is clearly marked and whilst you can walk along the whole beach, the sand is very soft and deep. Most people tended to stick to their own zone, that helped with the feeling of security to be honest. Water sports available by private contractors, but they are licensed by the hotels- so are regulated and fixed price. We tried parachute,

Stayed here 14-21 sept and loved it so much we’ve already booked for sept 2025. Food,drinks staff,cleanliness of hotel outstanding. We had room 361 which was huge with plenty of storage in the bathroom and lots of wardrobe space too big comfy beds and pillows I’ve never slept as well. My only criticism of the room was shower curtain not a screen and our view from the balcony was of all the aircon units but it didn’t ruin our holiday. We never go to the same hotel twice and booked it again within 4 days says it all really

Thee most gorgeous hotel with the most amazing staff. Fabulous selection in the restaurant - something for everyone. The entertainment team are wonderful and the shows and activities are brilliant. Everyone is so attentive and the staff really make your stay here so good. The all inclusive is the best I have ever come across. Located right on the beach you have the best of both worlds - a day at the beach or a day around the pool. I truly cannot wait to return. First time staying with Iberostar chain and it has been fabulous. The only gripe we had was with the room. We had to ask several times for the following - towels, and mini bar top up. Nothing a phone call to reception didn’t put right! Thank you to all the staff who work so hard to ensure each and every guest is happy.

From our arrival and departure the front of house bar / reception staff could not do enough for us. The hotel it self (yes a little dated as few reviews have stated) was clean and well kept by the many staff. The main buffet restaurant always provided good choices from breakfast, lunch and evening meal (Top Tip ask for your omelette in the morning spicy if you like things hot). Big shoutout to Ismael and Ben Z who looked after us to an excellent standard every night in the buffet restaurant. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable also included was a coffee and kettle which is rare aboard. Our cleaner was so friendly and did an amazing job everyday. The free WiFi was good throughout the hotel, pool and beach. The two pools where excellent and sun loungers a plenty but make sure your down early to get a good spot (tip the life guards / pool attendants to guarantee the same spot the next day). The beach was clean and sea was pleasant and no signs of jelly fish . The only thing which was a let down the catamaran boat trip which was sold from the hotel, very underwhelming and not worth the money avoid at all cost.

Had a lovely 2 weeks best thing about the hotel was food could not fault it good choice, went to Italian restaurant twice did not try the Tunisian so can’t comment. I don’t like that’s the fresh orange juice is topped up with stuff in a bottle. They will make you run if you ask. . The cakes taste as good as they look I find most hotels the cakes look good but they taste all the same but not here to put on an extra half a stone. at most times at the beach only thing I could moan there is in the heart right at the bottom I don’t wear gloves all the time not all of the staff just a few of them mostly the young ones I did comment and I did find that they tended to wear them after that I had a funny tummy one day and I’m sure that was why because you see them touched the bin and then go back to using the food course I don’t wash their hands.. down on the beach, the beach staff are very good and bring your drinks. Can’t believe how warm the pool were, but the weather was hot so maybe that’s why . their comment really good in the rooms I did not realise that you could have a bathrobe. It is on the app and you come request one but I didn’t realise until two days before we left even though I didn’t know the hotel and they told her they didn’t supply ball ropes.. this hotel is very poor for children only rubbish little plastic lslide and a few broken swings didn’t affect me because I didn’t have children and when I mentioned it to the manager, they said well they cater more for adults. Never went to the entertainment I don’t know, but the entertainment staff are very nice.

WOW, this was a surprise 50th from my Husband and what a treat. This is probably the best Hotel/resort we've been to, and we've been to a few! 1stly, the moment you pull up to the gates you can see it's 5*, the grounds are very well maintained, the hotel is super clean and smells beautiful with their products the staff use. Staff, well what can I say apart from 5* definitely. ALL the staff are fantastic, friendly and very entertaining. The room, people said they were outdated, yes a little but considering we only sleep and shower to get ready in it was perfectly fine for us. They're clean, the beds are COMFY, the air conditioning is actually cool, where some places it's been Luke warm. The chambermaids are lovely, leaving displays and rose petals in the room. The restaurants, we did the Italian 1 night, amazing 4 course dinner, then, on my birthday we did the Tunisian restaurant, I hope you have a big appetite as they DO NOT skimp on portions. They made a birthday cake for me and had the whole restaurant serenade me in happy birthday singing, very sweet. The buffet restaurant, wow, breakfast, lunch and evening meal was an adventure in itself, for the selection of foods was outstanding. The quality was superb, so much to choose from. The seafood and selection of fish is delicious and the staff are very attentive. Our waiter, SABEL, saved us a table every meal time, he was very attentive and very friendly. A* for SABEL The entertainment staff daytime were also fun providing lots of different activities. From kids clubs, darts, volleyball, aerobics and water aerobics, waterpolo plus lots more, on a Friday afternoon is the pool foam party, now that was hilarious and so much fun. Evening entertainment was very good with, pianist, karaoke, plus different areas of entertainment. Check in was quick and efficient. The beach was beautiful and clean with a good amount of covered sunbeds. The spa, we never used, but others had and said they paid reasonable prices and was worth every penny paid. Overall I agree this is definitely a 5* hotel, we never return to the same hotel but this 1 we are considering coming back to. Well done Iberostar, another fantastic hotel.

amazing range of food at the buffet and the place (bathroom, dining area, outside etc) was always kept super clean and up to a good standard. i’m only a english speaker, but all the staff was really understanding and accommodating to the language barrier

Me and my friend had the best time staying here! We also got upgraded to the best view of the beach! Met the kindest and warmest staff. It was clean, had great amenities, various of activities and entertainment fit for all ages. I would definitely comeback soon!
