Arrivée tardive à 2h du matin, le mec de la borne vraiment pas cool, impolie. Je lui est expliquer que j'avais déjà payer mais il m'a refait payer une deuxième fois. Heureusement la dame de l'accueil m'a remboursé et elle était très gentille.
A revoir le service de nuit

Dommage que l on puisse rentrer qu à 14h. Manque un petit frigo dans la chambre. Devrais mettre une note à l hôtel qu il y à des bus à proximité. Sinon calme propre.

Check in was very easy. The room was clean when I arrived with two towels. However, surfaces such as the desk and bathroom were dusty. I really enjoyed that cleaning services came in everyday to make the bed and bring in fresh towels. I really enjoyed my stay, and I would definitely stay there again if I returned.

Good morning, I write this expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with your service. I had a booking with arrival on the 6th July and departure on the 9th in the name of Fredric Baraza. I communicated by phone call to the hotel that I would not arriving on the 6th but rather on the 7th of July as I had other engagements that required me to push my flight. I arrived at the facility on the 7th and to my dismay I was informed that I had a booking for only one night. A staff came into my room in the morning to inform me that I was not supposed to be in the room,which extremely infuriated me and I was left with no option but to leave the room. I write this; 1. To seek a refund for my funds already taken from my account. 2. To express my extreme dissatisfaction with your service.

Good value for money. Room is clean and house keeping daily which is rare these days… Very near the bus terminal so access to city centre is very convenient and cheap…There’s machines where you can order take out meals ranging from simple pizza and sandwiches to a more elaborate menu and be sent to the hotel.. there was even Halal options which is very much welcome… there’s drinks and snack machine and also a microwave oven at the reception… very efficient service.

Unfriendly and unprofessional Checking kiosk. Arrived 1 pm which was 1 hour earlier. Call the reception through the touch system to get help due to the out of order machine , they not provide helpful care in fact we got to wait outdoor under hot weather . 36 degrees Celsius . So if you have pets or younger kids and older people travelling with you to this B&B , just need to be careful.
