Amazing location with a stunning beach! The Beach Casita provided great privacy, and we loved walking through the small path to reach the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. However, the booking trouble with the private flight was quite frustrating. Hope this can be improved in the future.

This is our second time at Amanpulo. We came back because we missed the team that took care of us during our first stay. It's such a pleasure to be welcomed by familiar faces! Here is what a first-time traveller needs to know about the property: Reservations and Booking: I found it challenging to coordinate our booking with the Reservations team. Requests and questions were met with immediate rejections, if not incorrect information. They take awhile to respond that I had to call IDD just to follow up and clarify certain things pertaining to our stay. The Property: Outdated and rundown. We stayed in the beach casita, which would benefit from a complete renovation, along with some of its outlets, such as the beach club and the clubhouse, among others. Guests are provided with golf carts to explore the whole island, which was lovely. FOOD & BEVERAGE: Food was ok albeit quality slightly deteriorated. It would be nice to have some salads and sandiwches as options along with more international and local cuisines. Wine selection has improved, although the pricing can be adjusted so as not to deter guests from purchasing bottles from the outlets. I understand that the clientele has the paying capacity, but from a hotel's inventory you don't want to spoil the wines sitting and not being drank. Intelligent pricing and flexibility could help boost revenue to encourage guests to dine and drink; especially for guests staying longer. The Beach: HEAVEN. Crystal clear waters, and warm powdery sand. Not much corals to see but turtles are everywhere. Monitor lizards roaming around the island as well. Activities: During our stay, we rented go-karts and went wall climbing (at a cost). Water activities such as snorkelling with turtles, banana boats, and paddleboards are also included as part of the amenities offered free of charge. Bicycles are also provided for free. There is a play area where babies and kids can hang, and a lovely tennis court that you can book. Yoga and gym are available on the island as well. Service and Team: EXCELLENT. Marc, our butler for the whole trip, ensured that our arrival, stay, and departure were smooth. He is very efficient and responds immediately. Vince and Daniel from the Beach club ensured we were treated like royalty. Their attention to detail (remembering our food preference, drinks, etc, from last year) is remarkable. Before we asked, they delivered! This is rare in hotels nowadays. We opted for a private dinner in our casita the night before. Jazmyl, the one in charge of setting up everything, and she made sure the night was flawless. Her passion and love for what she does is evident. Her extra mile to ensure we had a good ambience and a good time is such a lovely touch. It seemed like the team didn't have enough resources to execute their tasks well, but they made it work (cute garden lights and a portable speaker, all personally owned by Jasmyl, were used for our dinner). We felt like dining in a Michelin-star

Our family of three escaped the freezing European winter to spend seven unforgettable nights in the tropical paradise of Amanpulo. Despite its small size—where one can walk around the entire island in approximately two hours—it offers everything necessary to disconnect entirely from the outside world. The pristine white sand, crystal-clear blue waters, and vibrant marine life create a postcard-perfect setting. Unlike other tropical resorts we have visited, Amanpulo provided us with our own buggy, which significantly enhanced our experience by allowing us to explore the island with ease. The service was impeccable, and I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mark, who exemplified the renowned Filipino hospitality at an exceptional level. His attentiveness and warmth made our stay even more special. The only areas for improvement would be the dining options and the in-room air conditioning system. While the food was of high quality, the variety felt somewhat limited, particularly given the premium pricing. Additionally, the air conditioning system in the rooms offered only two settings—high and low—but even the low setting was quite strong, making the room uncomfortably cold at night. Having more adjustable temperature controls would greatly enhance guest comfort.

For me - THE BEST! We were met by personnel who will greet you with sampaguita leis and cold drink and will personally escort you to your villa. The room was heaven! The view - to die for. The resort personnel- EXCELLENT! No kidding! Theirs is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE…

When we arrived we were greeted by our butlers. They were fantastic. They were there to assist with anything we needed at any time. far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with another couple. The size of the property was more than we had expected. Very beautiful and very private. Our chef - WOW - he cooked the most amazing dinners for us. We had a pig roast on the beach one night that I would highly recommend. We also ate dinner at all of the restaurants. A special callout to Ian at the Lagoon Club. He went above and beyond. The beach is AMAZING. It is one of the finest beaches I have ever been on. Rarely did we see anyone there. I brought rafts to float in the water - and every one an then a turtle would pop up.. just incredible. It is definately a long trip from the US, but it worth it.

I was disappointed with the reservations specialist. Prior to booking we checked the weather and the whole week it did not look promising. so the guy who was in charge said the weather was good but he basically trapped us to paying 4 days and we Could not even get out of the hotel. So we decided to leave after a day and requested. For a refund. The entire crew from The island knew the weather was Not good. This type Of behavior is not acceptable and not very Professional especially for a 5 star hotel

Finally, we made it here with high hopes. The island itself is simply spectacular, secluded, very private, pristine white sands and crystal clear sea water - the most beautiful beach i have seen, staff are absolutely amazing! However, compared to the jungle, mountain and thermal luxury resorts we have been to in Bali and Europe, I find the general amenities of Amanpulo too basic. Overall, our Amanpulo experience was just average but I would still comeback here for the beautiful beach!

Starting from the Manila lounge, vacation mode officially begins with the lounge staffs’ warm welcome.  The flight is quick, only about 1h10m, and lands in Amanpulo’s private airstrip.   No more boat transfers, which is a big plus!   The Villa 26 team, all work together to take very good care of us, from beginning to end!   We were so spoiled, that even the stormy weather failed to ruin our stay. Thanks to Butler Fil, always surpasses our expectations of excellent service.   He has a keen eye on anticipating each guest’s preferences and makes everyone feel at home!  Always full of surprises, with the Halloween themed dinner as the most recent one. Kudos to the rest of the V26 team:  Chef Ian (head chef), Rowelyn (housekeeper); William & Herbert (gardeners) and  Robert (steward).   What a great team!   Since we’re a large group, big thanks also to Chefs JR, Gerald & Austin, and Co-butlers Jess, Stephen, Raymond, Mark S, Edrian, for tirelessly making our stay(s) comfortable & enjoyable.   Leaving is always the hardest.   The touching send-off gives the feeling of mutual thanks between the guests and the Amanpulo staff.  Thank you!!!

Incredible beach , amazing food and first class accommodation and top notch service. Loved the golf buggies to get around the island The floating bar was great fun as was the sand bar excursion with picnic Nothing was too much trouble for the team Would highly recommend the beach front casita with private pool and lunch at the picnic grove was particularly delicious

The service and amenities are great. Folks that served us in our Villa pampered ius. They really took care of us. The food served for my daughter’s wedding in Tea Ceremony and Farewell Dinner was excellent. Thank you to all the staff and crew for making my daughter’s wedding memorable. I highly recommend this place.

Amanpulo was just as advertised. Pristine beaches, wonderfully appointed rooms, very attentive staff and management. Each casita is perfectly placed to provide you with total privacy. Your lounge chairs are positioned on the beach to give you the feeling that you are the only person the beach. The two pools are beautiful, the food was quite good and there were multiple restaurants to choose from. The island is small and Amanpulo is the only resort on it. You get a buggy upon arrival so you can go when you please rather than calling for a ride. The staff was extremely polite and attentive. They did their best to accommodate your every desire. They take the time to memorize your face and name before you arrive so you don't need to give them your room number or name to book anything. Initially it caught me off guard, but I quickly was assimilated. The staff is very warm and friendly. We felt like a part of the Amanpulo family whilst we were there. Jessica, David and Mabel were the best! It is a long flight from Los Angeles, but well worth it. We will be back!

This is a stunning island with one of the most beautiful beaches and water anywhere in the world - personally I think better than the Maldives, Seychelles, Mozambique. The staff and the service is faultless throughout so your experience on the island is exclusive and private. We were particularly well served by Jesie, our butler, who was charming and discreet and helpful although we were pretty self contained guests. Ian at the Lagoon Club made our stay particularly enjoyable. He was incredibly attentive and professional - a genuine enthusiast for his job and for the Aman brand. The villas are very well appointed and well designed but not as spectacular as some of the other Aman properties we have been to or private island villas in North Island or Miavana for example. We moved from Villa 6 which was unrenovated and felt very tired (noisy air conditioning etc) to a refurbished villa which was much better and closer to what would expect for the price point. The move was handled swiftly and efficiently. Villas are spacious with large pools and very private. Some of the outdoor furniture has seen slightly better days and the equipment in the very well appointed and spacious gym is not the most up to date but, - again, this is in comparison with other Aman’s - Management curiously absent. We met no one from senior management in 12 days but we didn’t really need to I guess and wasn’t a major issue. Overall we will definitely return. Always an awe inspiring vacation once set foot in beautiful Amanpulo. Warmth greeted us at Manila lounge, smiles during arrivals in the island, incredible days at Villa, powder like sand, relaxing massages, up to the send off before leaving the island. Everything is so perfect that you would not want to leave the island. What makes it more memorable would be the V26 crew, who really takes good care of the group, with matching personalized service at its peak. They are so keen on preference of each guest. And we look forward to great meals prepared by Chef Christian, Chef JR and Chef Austin. Appreciation also goes to Butler Fil who makes sure everyone and everything is well taken cared of. Amazing Amanpulo experience!
