Extremely disappointed with ITC. The brand has completely lost its credibility. The staff was poorly trained, the food was terrible, and the stay was far from comfortable. Definitely not booking here again.

My stay at ITC Mughal, Agra was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The beautiful Mughal-style architecture, gardens, and peaceful atmosphere added to the experience. The spa was relaxing, and the food, especially at Peshawri, was delicious. Plus, the hotel is close to the Taj Mahal, making it a great place to stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, highly recommended!

Room was smelling like mold, couldn’t sleep whole night had to change room 3 am in morning. I had to leave unrested in meetings

The ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable! Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!

Beautiful interior design, fabulous food and spa treatments, excellent service

Great place to stay, very polite and helpful staff. All is very clean and organised. Small min point they don’t like guest in the room. WiFi is also a little hassle and could be organised better.

Brilliant overall

룸도 넓고 위치도 좋으나 조식은 명성에 걸맞지 않게 좀 부실한 느낌

景點區相對老牌的酒店，乾淨衞生沒問題，但房間內的各類設施都比較老，遊客巨多早餐會感覺是坐在菜市場裏面吃非常吵。最糟糕的就是酒店不提供我們外國遊客最需要的瓶裝礦泉水，原因是酒店拒絕塑料瓶。要麼喝酒店自己罐裝的水（感覺就是自來水）要麼需要高價購買比較貴的玻璃瓶礦泉水（也不方便去景點的時候隨身攜帶）

Não conseguimos dormir...gente a gritar a noite toda, parecia uma feira. Será que o staff do hotel apenas se preocupa em receber os clientes e não assegura o seu conforto permanente? Como é possível haver música alta num quarto, gente a bater com portas e a falar alto nos corredores durante toda a noite???? Este é um hotel da cadeia Starwood...(???) Pequeno-almoço fabuloso.
