Food was cold, and limited choice No towels in bedroom and when asked they said they would send them and never did. Rooms beyond basic and smelt awful. No loo roll in pool toiket and were flooded and i nearly slipped. Door handle came off in our hand and we were trapped. On a positvive the waiters were good and looked after us well

Perfect location.

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in We booked a family room which on the pictures showed 2 bedrooms with bunk and a single in one and 2 singles in another We got one room with bunk beds ( which were not even suitable for children to climb on never mind adults) and 2 single beds We were only there one night so just went with it and put the mattress on the floor I woke up in the morning with ants all over in my bed my luggage everywhere The food wasn’t great and the hotel is in a terrible rundown condition I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here

Dirty old place, as per pictures Not even 2 star Staff was nice, nicer when you gave them good tip Lowest quality food, restaurant look like canteen, dirty dishes Just see pictures However Agadir there is nice place to visit but not in that hotel

Th8s hotel had a lot of bad reviews but I can't think of one bad thing to say, the rooms were always cleaned, staff were always available if you needed help, the beach is close and there are a wide range of activities to do, they have a camel on site too called cappuccino my children loved riding on and the camel is very friendly and looked after, the animation team work hard and do nighty shows for the kids on stage, there is a drug store on site to buy snacks or cigarettes or drinks, they have a snack bar and a pizza burger restaurant where you pre book meals, snacks like ice cream was only about €2 same with crepes, and we have booked another holiday here but for 2 weeks instead of one for the summer

Absolutely loved this place definitely going back ....the downsides 1. Room basic and a little run down 2. Far too many sets of stairs and not enough ramps ( i have bad knees ) 3. No a/c in our room but did have a balcony 4. Needs a little TLC The upsides 1. Very clean 2. A/c really not needed at night in April 3. Maintenance was taking place 4. Food very edible and varied 5. Staff, helpful, happy and chatty although it does help to tip them DO NOT expect 5 star it certainly is worth 3/4 and tries very hard

Absolute holiday from hell. Accommodation was dirty. Filthy shower head, rusty black mould. Dirty bedding and mattress. My room was infested with ants. Ferrel cats everywhere. Food was awful. Don’t waste your money going here. I booked myself and family for 7 nights. We flew back to the Uk after 2 days. No loveholidays reps to help. Uttterly disgusting. Whoever says they enjoyed a holiday here, I would take with a pinch of salt. Never again. I was ripped off.

As we arrived the outside needed a lick of paint but there was already maintenance there shining the name plaques and cleaning everywhere. Enter into a large lobby. Was treated saying welcome the lunch will be finishing in half an hour. Leave your bags let’s get you something to eat before check in. We went into restaurant lots to choose from. Back to reception there’s lots of steps but that didn’t put us off. We was in the tamlets a long way away from reception but was fine. There’s workers there painting and doing the place up. Entered the tamlet was shocked very dated no air con no kettle in rooms. That’s not a problem we slept with balcony doors open all night which was better that air con. So entertainment around pool and all the staff are amazing. Everything is arranged around the main pool. 11am and 3pm they do the Morocco dance. They have aerobic Pilate water aerobics water polo. Quizzes music all day long all dancing. We had a laugh with all the staff all so friendly and will do anything for you. Only pool bar for the drinks and can get a bit hectic to be honest they need a better system. Lots of different variety each night in the restaurant also there is a traditional Moroccan restaurant where you are served a set menu. That was delicious and so relaxing. What an amazing experience we had over all. After reading all the reviews I can honestly say I really wanted to change my hotel but so glad I didn’t it’s one of the best holidays I have been on and booked to go back towards end of the year.
