Neverland ( jungle aqua park ) It was one of my best resort from 15 years ago , I been there more than 30 times , last two years each time I been there I find magic , we can’t say renovation or upgrade but magic , The aqua park is triple the size , there is elevators on all games , there is parts for kids and adults and art room for drawing , play station , fun is the only you do from the early morning till you go to sleep , the latest upgrade was the midway which is amusement park for after sunset activity with plenty of games all included in your Stay , even they don’t forget cotton candy and pop corn all the time , ice cream , crepe , waffle , The restaurant every where , I can’t say how many , because I don’t have time to attended all of them , but more than 12 restaurant and cafe , I am trying to look for missing item but there is only perfection , There was a bike for whole family riding together in new style bike can be used by all family Thank you Mr kamel Abou Ali the owner of pick Albatros , Your are magician in your field , you know how to make people happy ,

Es war sehr sauber, alle sind dort freundlich. Das Essen schmeckt super, ganz viel Auswahl. Es ist sehr familienfreundlich, für kinder ist es sehr gut geeignet.

Аквапарк приятно удивил.Уютные домики. Очень страшные горки. Не на всех успели решились покататься. Возможно в следующий раз) Кто едет в первый раз рекомендую брать коралки.

Отдыхали в июле. Шикарный аквапарк. В отеле много развлечений для детей, работает анимация детская . Много горок, много бассейнов. Поющие фонтаны-это просто чудо. Так же есть развлечения для взрослых.Есть детские аттракционы, которые работают по вечерам. Мне и моему ребенку очень понравился отдых в отеле. Но сюда мы больше не вернемся, так как много местных мусульман, полностью покрытых, они ведут себя очень некультурно и нагло , обижают иностранцев. Из-за этого отдых был немного испорчен и возвращаться мы сюда не будем.

Hotel bardzo duży , duże czyste pokoje, restauracje z dużą ilością jedzenia. Miły personel, zawsze pomocny. Autobus na plażę jeździ co 20 minut Napewno wrócimy do tego hotelu ponownie.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Perfektes Wetter, super freundliche Menschen vor Ort und eine riesige Auswahl an Essen, Pools und Rutschen. Ich komme gern wieder

Odaların tadilata ihtiyacı var gibi. Otelin genel alanlarının temizliği iyi. Birçok olanak sunan bir otel. Yemeklerin büyük bölümü Türk damak zevkine uygun. Otel çok geniş bir alana kurulmuş. Özellikle çocuklar bu oteli çok sevecektir diye düşünüyouz. Sahil servisle yaklaşık 10 dakika mesafede. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ediyoruz.

The resort is huge and the aqua parks are nice and slides for everyone, the best thing about the aqua park is the elevator for the big slides. Rooms are nice and big with double and twin beds, AC is not enough for the room size . F&B is good with many restaurants and bars with excellent services. The food almost the same in all major restaurants with some difference in the main courses.

Had the best time ever. My family loved it. I have one 7 year old and one 15 month year old. The neverland water park is huge. The bus service is brilliant. Buses come every 10 minutes so you can easily navigate around the water park. Its changed alot since I came here 7 years ago. Lots of restaurents to choose from. My favourite being the l'asiatique, and advise eating chicken wings, the steak and noodles. Could eat them all day long! Any assistance that I needed guest relations (Viola) and the reception manager (Muhammad Nabil) was very helpful and sorted it all out. Highly recommend this resort for family as it is a kids heaven.

It's wonderful place ، You find everything you can imagine ، ،I hope to return there next time. The staff are friendly,The rooms are clean, aqua are fantastic، There are various restaurant and the swimming pools are safe and clean Thanks for all stuff

2nd time in jungle after 8 years and a 4 year old later. Wow just wow! what a top place for families, it was great first time round but it has expanded expodentially in 8 years. Staff are absolutely superb and service is next to none. I'm the fussiest eater being a vegetarian but haven't struggled at all with the 11 restaurants on site. They have a funfair and ice rink open at night at no extra cost, 3 water parks with 1 specifically for under 10s. Also if you have teens they have about 8 virtual reality options indoors, again at night. Bungalows are great and serviced daily with full air conditioning. The only issue anyone could possibly struggle with the place is massive but you are given a map and a week is seriously not long enough to explore every nook and cranny. Entertainment bob on too and they have a kids club although we never used that personally. We are looking at coming again at Christmas because it's just fantastic for any age group, they think of everything. For those that maybe wary on pressure or tipping, it's non compulsory and does not affect the service at all, although we will be tipping at end like we always do before we go home tomorrow.

Just back from a 2 week stay at this place, it is absolutely brilliant. We were in room 4268. The room was modern, clean, and basic. It had in it a single bed, double bed, bedside cabinets, tv, wardrobe, 2 sinks, toilet, and shower. It was also very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the communal pool. There are 2 Aquaparks with a vast selection of slides and pools. Probably the best aquaparks I have been to the slides are massive and varied, and lifeguards are everywhere for your safety. There are many restaurants to choose from and if you can not find something to eat at this place then there is something wrong. My kids are fussy, and if there was nothing at the first restaurant we arrived at, we just went to the next one. There is also a large fairground with various rides these were a big hit with us all. I could go on and on about this place. What I will say is that if you are thinking of booking this place but still unsure, then don't hesitate as you will not be disappointed. We have already booked for next year. If u want a couple of good trips then definitely do the Pyramids and Valley of the King's these places are incredible. We booked through "Hurghada Majestic trips" just google them. I would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and we'll see you all next year. Scottish family.

Having just returned from a family holiday with 3 children, 12, 10 and 8, we would definitely recommend this resort. However, theres a fair few tweaks required for it to deserve 5 stars. The positives,  have been covered by so many reviews already, Ill go into some detail: Variety of restaurants and cuisine to cater for all: The resort is massive, the restaurants are concetrated in 3 main sections, the Neverland main reception building, the area near the activity pool and the Alif Leyla part of the resort. Each section has 3-5 restaurants you can choose from, all included within the all inclusive package, bar the star fish restaurant. All serve chips and chicken nuggets for those with young children.  Aqua parks, heres 2 main aqua park areas, one near the 4000s and the other near the main neverland restaurants, cater for all ages from babies up to adults. Accommodation is clean and spacious, every room has access to its own pool within a complex. The upstairs rooms have a balcony whereas the downstairs rooms have patio doors with direct access to the pool area. Every pool has a lifeguard from 8am-6pm. The rooms in the 4000s are approx 15 minute walk from the restaurants on both ends of the resort. There is a shuttle bus service run by friendly drivers. Now for the negatives, there arent too many, however they can considerably impact your experience.  The shuttle service runs every 20-30 minutes, this can be a very long time to wait in the hot sun in order to go for breakfast or get back after a swim. Some days we have covered 8000 steps as a minimum if we didnt want to wait for the shuttle! There is no timetable for the service so you can time your arrival at the stops, its just a wait and see.. The pools are cleaned..by the lifeguards, when theyre off duty! there are some outdoor cleaning staff, just not enough for poolside cleanliness and for a resort of this size. Half of the  main activity pool is used for some water buggys for most of the day, (available to all 1-3pm) which reduces space for swimmers/family games and all the aqua aerobic to half the pool. This is the largest pool at the resort and I feel could do with being kept fully open for swimmers/play. The drinking water is warm at times and coldish at others, there arent many and at times any fridges across the site stocked with cold water bottles! the bottles are stacked in large plastic boxes?? Although fizzy drinks dispensers are plentiful and lots of the popular brands of fizzy are stocked. Each restaurant hardly has 1 waiter taking drinks orders..which just isnt enough. For the most part we ended up repeatedly walking to the bar. The resort is approx 20-30 mins from the airport. Despite all of the above, we had a lovely time, lots to do, nobody ever got bored and great, friendly service.

The pools are really good! I’m quite the lazy person so I’m happy to float around. LOADS to choose from, including slides. There’s a slide for everyone. I don’t like steep ones, but there were plenty of them for me room was a bit basic for what we paid, and there was a tear in one of the beds, the fridge didn’t work and some of the sockets were hanging off the wall, however all this was fixed when we brought it up. Entertainment team were very good and always tried to engage guests on the games and dance (polly especially was very friendly and engaged in conversation with us all the time ) and the people serving your drinks were very friendly :)
