Was a great stay, pool is beautiful but smaller than I initially thought. It gets over crowded easily, cant imagine how busy it is during holiday season. Breakfast buffet was OK, although there were not that many options. Nice room, clean and comfy (relatively new building)

Just stayed at this hotel and it’s pretty decent. The location is super convenient—close to everything you’d need. The room was big, which was nice, and the facilities felt new and clean. It’s not super fancy, but it’s comfortable and gets the job done. The staff were friendly enough, no complaints there. If you’re looking for a solid place to stay without breaking the bank, this is a good option. Would probably stay again if I’m in the area.

Generally quite a good hotel to stay at. However the water pressure was very low in shower.

Amazing! By far the best hotel experience in Adelaide! The club lounge with food to graze on in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning. Beautiful Sauna and pool area. Honestly perfect! The staff are so helpful :)

Hotel room is nice and spacious, nice bathroom design. However, the service doesn’t seem to be a 5 star hotel

Excellent rooms and club facilities

Location is excellent and the room is very neat and tidy as well!

The location of the hotel was perfect the cleanliness was absolutely beautiful and super clean. But unfortunately one of the worse experience from the staff members specially the night shift manager were one of the rudest person and disrespect I have ever seen in my life. So unfortunately when you book a hotel for holiday, business or and vocation with friends doesn’t matter how good the location is how clean it is and how beautiful or luxury it is. But if the staff member is rude and disrespect then it ruin the whole things and I don’t think anyone would ever want to go there anymore. So because of the I have to give 2 stars.

Everything was good apart from the water pressure

雖然只是商務出差, 但是這家飯店房間居住時候的舒適度體驗非常高! 非常適合家庭旅遊, 以及情侶約會地點! 飯店的地點非常方便! 周圍有很多非常好吃的牛排店! 餐廳氣氛氛圍非常好! 而且飯店房務人員都能滿足我所有的需求, 非常棒!

房間乾淨整潔 服務也不錯…幫忙很快換了房間。在房間看到了日落🌅 很棒！ 在市中心位置也不錯 … 吃飯很方便…

房間很新，豪雅大氣！注重細節！服務及時！提供洗浴用品的酒店，而且都是環保的，最重要還有中文字樣很温暖！早餐不錯！健身房游泳池都挺好，沒帶泳衣沒去遊，不過健身房鍛鍊就能看到泳池！ 如果下次去旅行，就選索菲特！

已經清理過房間的衞生間，這是臟的還是乾淨的，不知道！無語😓
