Prime location, excellent breakfast, room is spacious clean and comfortable. Bathroom water pressure and quality of linen is very good. The staff is kind and courteous.

All good except the room service, which I was forced to use, as I had to work late from my room. Ordering was not at all simple (having not spotted the QR code notice on the fridge work top. But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the "Ceasar Salad" was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course "Lemon and Herb Chicken" should have been listed as "Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones"!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving

鎮江蘇寧凱悦酒店🏨是鎮江地標建築 在市中心 酒店對面就是網紅的永安市場 入住酒店與離店都是57樓前台張承禹辦理的 服務熱情周到；每天為我們打掃房間的是63樓服務員李小娟 房間打掃得乾乾淨淨的 讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺 ；由於遊玩的時間不太夠就又續住了兩天 57樓前台服務員胡悦熱情接待了我們 從上訴的三位服務員身上我看到了貴酒店員工訓練有素 積極向上的風貌 以後來鎮江再住貴店！

不是很滿意，入住當晚第一間房有前面客人留下的狐臭味，後換到62樓第二間房，房間空氣基本合格，但房間傢俱佈局不合理（大床與進門走道想對我，電視背景擋住一半江景），第二天上午10點我太太早餐後，1點出現嘔吐（酒店方面無明顯應急補救措施），在房間休息退房後，下午4點轉至鎮江皇冠酒店仍在嘔吐。
