You brought to my attention that during your stay, we fell short of meeting your expectations while swimming on the 8 floor of Marriott Executive Apartment. Your experience of unprofessional service provided by the life guard has been shared with the Recreation Manager who joins me in offering not only on your sincere apologies for the team’s shortcomings, but our commitment to resolving these issues in order to improve the dining experience in the future. Although we fell short of meeting your expectations during your stay, I hope you will consider our hotel on your next visit to the area so that we can deliver on the guest experience you deserve.
