Lifeguard (girl), name *******, was rude and not polite at all, kept following me whenever I swam, standing beside & among pool area. She kept scrolling around pool area & standing up in the barriers between jacuzzi & pool. There was no privacy or any space for us customers. A child was walking to his parent and she scolded him for running but it was not the case. ******* tried so hard to find any small mistake from everyone. My child was going down the ladder to the pool and got scolded too. She was not professional at all and kept following all the customers. I felt like I had a personal bodyguard as she was following me wherever I swam. I expected better service from this hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ******* (apartment lifeguard) all guests did not have privacy at all.

Your experience of unprofessional service provided by the life guard has been shared with the Recreation Manager who joins me in offering not only on your sincere apologies for the team’s shortcomings, but our commitment to resolving these issues in order to improve the dining experience in the future. Although we fell short of meeting your expectations during your stay, I hope you will consider our hotel on your next visit to the area so that we can deliver on the guest experience you deserve. Breackfast too crowded. Definitively not a 5 stars hotel in my opinion
