Beautiful lake views from every room, a spacious open floor plan, and all needed amenities in one adorable condo. This unit also has two FULL bathrooms with granite countertops in each. The master bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and the guest bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, basic cookware and utensils, coffee pot, and microwave. This condo also includes a brand new full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry area. The bedroom features a brand new king sized bed and Serta mattress for a comfortable nights sleep and personal TV with ROKU. The master suite also includes a doorway straight to the patio to sit and watch the lake and listen to the water gently lap and relax you. The living room area is spacious with a couch, sitting area, and 50 inch flatscreen ROKU TV...just in case you get tired of looking at the gorgeous lake view.
