My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. В этот отель мы приезжаем не в первый раз. Нам всё нравится. Можно принимать ванны с минеральной водой прямо в номере, можно в бассейне на территории отеля, чередуя с холодной водой обычного бассейна. Завтраки великолепные. Карахаит - волшебное место! В апреле там цветут маки, а аисты выводят аистят на куполах минаретов. Осенью поспевают гранаты. Горы прекрасны всегда. Хозяева - очень милые люди.
