The hotel provided convenient transport to and from the scenic area, which was very helpful during our stay. However, on the day of checkout, they forgot our scheduled pickup time in the morning —even though we had arranged it a day in advance. Thankfully, we managed to book a Didi and still made it to the high-speed rail on time (maybe need to take note for early train) On the positive side, the staff helped us order lunch when we didn’t want to head out in the cold, which we really appreciated. We were also given a room upgrade, but the room remained quite cold despite turning on the heater. Overall, the stay had a mix of good service and a few hiccups, but we’re still grateful for the convenience and assistance provided during the trip.

Đến vào mùa xuân. Không nhận ra rằng một số bể bơi đóng cửa trong thời gian này. Hơi khác so với trải nghiệm suối nước nóng chúng tôi từng có ở Nhật Bản. Các bể bơi RẤT nóng (khoảng 40-45 độ cho đến khi nguội bớt). Tôi đoán sẽ tốt hơn vào mùa đông. Bể bơi trong phòng suite đầy nước RẤT nhanh, nhưng ban đầu cũng khá nóng. Vì vậy, bạn chỉ có thể ngâm mình nhanh 5 phút hoặc đợi vài phút cho nước nguội bớt. Tốt hơn vào ban đêm khi trời mát hơn. Nhìn chung, trải nghiệm tuyệt vời.

Hotel is close by Mang Shan National park. Very convenient location to visit this famous National Park. This hotel is very well maintained with good amenities and staff are friendly and supportive. The restaurant manager Li Xiao Yan 李晓燕is a very professional staff and serves the customers full of passion. She sought to understand our needs and help to select the best dishes for us ( not really expensive dishes). We have very delicious and enjoyable dining and unforgettable experience. Really appreciated for her services and customer oriented mind set. This hotel is also offering a no. of well designed hot springs with beats views. After hot spring bathing, can also enjoy fruit bar ( free), reading books ! An interesting and unique hot spring experience

Location: From a view and nature prospective, this was amazing, and the pictures speak for themselves. However, note that getting there is another story as its 25-30 minutes from Wulingyan and 40 minutes from Zhangjiajie City and with most Didi drivers doubting the route and even some requesting extra money for their trip back. Cleanliness: This part is unfortunately the only negative part i can find regarding this homestay, due to the nature of the location, several bugs / insects can be found within the room, and im not sure if the daily cleaning is done properly as the floor was dusty and still littered with bugs. Service: Amazing !!!!, Mr Huang was one of the best hosts, checking up with me daily and even when im arriving late just to ensure my safety, also helping with booking some activities. Facilities: Again, amazing. Although i booked the room with the outdoor tub, it was dirty with the color of the water being green and the drainage was not working properly as it flooded the whole balcony. And do note that the smart toilet does not have the bidet feature.

This hotel is great and it’s highly suggested to everyone who wants to have a unique and relaxing experience in Zhangjiajie. The hotel is immersed in the nature and only surrounded by mountains and forests. Yet, it’s in a convenient location to get to the National Park and main attractions. The facilities are in good shape and the room is very big and bright. But the most fantastic thing is the host and the hotel manager. A special thanks goes to Riva, the hotel manager, she made our trip special and memorable. She made us feel at home in the mountains and always tried to accommodate our requests in a timely, kind and pro-active manner. Also thank you to the owner Laura whose English and quickness in responding made our communication smooth and constructive. We will definitely visit here again if we have a chance. Thank you again for the great stay!

This hotel is ideal for onsen lovers. The onsen here is phenomenal with many different flavoured hot spring pools. Very relaxing. And this area is accessible by bus from Changsha, around 1hr 45 min. The hotel room is spacious with personal hot spring dipping tub. And the food at the restaurant delicious.
