Rất thất vọng với các nhân viên tại quầy lễ tân. Tôi đến ký túc xá của họ vào khoảng 9 giờ tối, nhân viên lễ tân (hai người đàn ông) yêu cầu tôi đợi cho đến khi họ làm xong một số công việc, tôi kiệt sức nhưng cố gắng kiên nhẫn. Tuy nhiên, n*** cả khi họ kết thúc, tôi vẫn không được gọi để kiểm tra. Tôi phải hỏi họ hai lần khi thấy họ không làm gì cả. Dịch vụ chi phí khủng khiếp. Không hữu ích chút nào bất cứ lúc nào. Những người này thực sự cần được đào tạo

I’d say this is the best hostel in my entire solo trip this year. More spacious rooms and location is just perfect. U can also book breakfast to save on money. They have a bunch of activities but unfortunately I didn’t join in. Had a busy schedule. Don’t hesitate to check it out if u r in Cancun

Stunning rooms! The place is bang on the middle of the jungle, so there are bugs and frogs etc, just be aware of that. Right next to a cenote! It’s on a motorway and you cannot really walk anywhere so you need a car or moped etc, as it is pretty far. Theee is a small jacuzzis and a sauna, which they try to charge a prohibitively high price for…. Considering it is the only amenity the hotel has this should be free. Bedsheets need an update. Have stains and rips. I still think it is an amazing place to stay especially for the price!

The hostel was good. Location was good too just opposite to the ADO bus station. The only problem was that the common area is open for limited hours. So if you are a digital nomad and need to attend meeting.. Then it is a problem. However, all the receptionists were good and friendly :)
