DDamianekGreat place with amazing stuff working there. Super friendly and kind people. Internet is fine, beds clean, u have normal toilet as well. The biggest impression on me did shower😅 this is 1st time when I see that (in a small shower) somebody actually used his brain and mounted a curtain to protect ur clothes from water! so simple and yet genius. Obviously shower has hangers (which is not that obvious in some places). Also i got lucky and I was invited to try some hotPot with cooworkers from the hostel. you can also book some trips if u dont want to go around and look for yourself. I had great time.

JJ NoI had the best time here! Although my stay was very short, I enjoyed the time I spent here in the hostel. Everybody was so kind and welcoming to me. We even played Uno for many hours in the evening and we all had an amazing time. The dorm is very clean and organized and the bathrooms are so nice and spacious. I really like how clean the tile floors are. It's very easy to walk around and feel comfortable. And the kitchen is nice because somebody's always cooking in there. It feels like a home away from home. The view from the window is quite beautiful as well. And there's lots of cute kitties in this dorm hanging out, that you can pet and play with. And I like that the dorm room isn't overcrowded either. I met lots of nice people here. The volunteers at the hostel are very nice and they even help me find activities to do and help me figure out how to get there and what bus to take and lots of details for me. It was so nice that they were so willing to help me and they really went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good time while I was there. I was even able to store my suitcase here for a small fee while I traveled to another city. So convenient! I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in the city!

EEatPrayTravelLocation of hotel is very convenient for travelers who take the tourist bus from either Chungzuo, Nanning or from Detian waterfalls scenic area. The room we booked had a nice view of the fields and karst mountains. What a beautiful sight to behold indeed. During the day, it can get noisy with all the comings and goings in the village and all around but at night, it was very quiet. The rooftop terrace was very nice and not busy when we were there. Breakfast was enjoyable with steamed buns, corn, soup noodles and boiled sweet potatoes- a healthy start for a very busy day. The very nice lady in charge of breakfast offered us breakfast on our check in day (we arrived at 10:30) and made sure we had enough to eat before sending us off to explore! We had never met a B&B operator who was so caring and generous. On our check out day, even though she was still busy with guests, she rushed out to bid us a fond farewell and a safe onward trip. Front desk and cleaning team were all very friendly, always smiling and helpful. All in all, a very warm and pleasant stay at Mingshi Scenic Area.

NNuanyeyeMột trải nghiệm rất tốt, rất gần sân bay, ông chủ rất hào phóng và nhiệt tình, toàn bộ phòng rộng hơn nhiều so với mong đợi, rất sạch sẽ và rất đáng đồng tiền bát gạo. Ở đây mình muốn tập trung vào thái độ phục vụ của ông chủ, đưa đón sân bay. Tôi đã ở rất nhiều cửa hàng và ông chủ là tuyệt vời nhất. Lời khen ngợi năm sao, chân thành!

Bed lights did not work.
The glass wall next to the basin, shelf above it and tap, was quite dirty 😱. I cleaned it while the host fixed the lights.
Soap holder in shower and shower glass door also very dirty.
No shower mat, asked for another towel.
Sheet was torn. Rest of bedding clean. No extra blanket or duvet.
Air-conditioning making noise so switched it off.
No tea.
Hairdryer not at mirror.

We are just a very ordinary hotel here! There are not many facilities. Sorry.
There are good hotels at the entrance of the scenic spot. I can take you there.

Actually at a small hotel it should be better as there are not so many staff nor rooms to manage and should there be more time to give attention to cleanliness and condition of bedding.

VVieeeeeeeehad the best time here, sudder st staff were super friendly. made really good friends and even extended my stay, was meant to be in yangshuo 2 nights to find people to go hiking with in xingping, ended up hanging around and exploring for 5! hostel in a quieter part of town which was great in terms of fireworks at this time of year; but still close to cbd-10 mins walk and plenty of local stalls in the area. their tour and transfer service as well as rental scooters/free bikes made it super convenient to get to climbing places a bit further from town. can even buy/send post cards from here. loved every minute and would definitely come again, recommend for anyone wanting to meet others to go rock climbing, yangshuo is well known for this and plenty of people stay here.
