With two swivel patio chairs and a coffee table, you can go back and forth from watching the sailboats depart to people watching as crowds make their way to the waterfront shops of Watch Hill.Storage: We have a small storage unit located underneath the condo. For those wanting to explore Newport’s iconic landmarks, the Newport Mansions are a 17-minute walk, while the scenic Cliff Walk is just a minute further.Getting around is easy, with the Newport Ferry Station a 10-minute walk away.Getting Around:Getting around the island is both easy and enjoyable. Second Beach is very popular and tends to have more waves. Third Beach is very child-friendly as the water is usually very calm and protected from the wind. The Atlantic Grill is a great breakfast spot and walkable from this property. Newport's Cliff Walk is another must do while visiting. Located on Memorial Blvd, just before you head into Newport. Ocean Drive is an 8-mile scenic waterfront must see.
