Holiday apartment 25 m², located in a famous and renewed Ellivuori area. The building was completely renovated in 2018. The destination is located 45 km to the west from Tampere, lake Rautavesi 150 m, gently deepening child-friendly sand beach. Beach is shared with other customers in the area. Boat ramp on the beach. Room with double bed and spreadable sofa for one, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, portable hotplate in kitchen cupboard. Fiber optic connection, TV. Shower room with WC. Spacious 7 m² glazed and furnished balcony facing to the south. Electric grill on the balcony. There is a communal barbecue area on site (distance 300 m), as well as a wood-heated lakeside sauna and a smoke sauna. Sauna shifts can be booked at VuoriCaravan’s office. If the fire alarm goes on as a result of the customer’s behavior, a fee of 250 € will be applied (it is advisable to avoid cooking inside). This cozy destination is located by the fishy lake Rautavesi. Vuorihuoneistot offers an excellent alternative for those who require diversity from their holiday. The destination is ideal for families and couples. During the summer, you can try climbing in Climbing park HighPark, boating or good outdoor activities (jogging or biking using a fat bike for example). However, do not forget to relax in the middle of nice lake scenery on sand beach. During the winter, Ellivuori Ski Center provides nice possibilities for downhill skiing for the whole family. The nearest slope is about 200 m from the apartment. Ellivuori is an ideal destination for both winter and summer vacationers. 30 km north-east of Tampere, L.Näsijärvi/Paarlahti bay 300 m, public swimming shore with shallow, hard sandy bottom, boat on swimmiing shore. Hot tub is suitable for 7 persons and there is additional fee (for example 200€/weekend). Must be always agreed with Lomarengas before making the cottage reservation. 50 km north-east of Tampere, Jouttenus Lake 30 m, shallow sandy, soft beach, pier, own boat. Log cottage 2013, downstairs living room, kitchenette, washroom, sauna (wooden stove), large terrace. Upstairs as a bedroom where there are 2 double beds and 1 single bed. One extra bed either on downstairs couch or a mattress on the floor. Outbuilding for sleeping (build in 2023) available in summer with double bed. The outbuilding is an alternative accommodation, and it doesn't increase the number of clients. On the terrace there is a wood burning hot tub for extra price, it can be used during 1.4 - 31.11 (payment to the cottage owner). In the yard there is summer kitchen with gas grill and a fish smoking box. The villa is located on a hillside on the edge of the forest, the yard area is flat to the beach. In the yard there is a wood shed and one frisbeegolf stand. Also some yard games available. At the entrance road there is horses pasture. Lake has good fishing possibilities, berry picking areas nearby (during that season). Log cabin 2020, living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, one with double bed (160 x 200 cm Yankee bed), another with 2 80 x 200 cm beds, sofa which can be spread as spare bed (120 x 200 cm) in living room, WC, sauna (wood-fired sauna stove), washroom with two showers, hall, large open terrace with gas grill and garden furniture. Separate lakeside sauna with wood-fired sauna stove, dressing room (heated) with sofa bed for two people. There is a cold water tap but no shower. Lakeside sauna is available all year round. This destination is not available for groups, which consist of only people whose age is less than 25 years. There is a air source heat pump. There is a hot tub in the terrace for rent (120 €/booking period, customer fills it by himself with water, heats with wood and empties it at the end by himself, payment directly to the owner). The tub cannot be rented if winter weather is really cold. Final cleaning is included in reservations made on or after October 17, 2022. Log cottage by a small lake, fish species are walleye, perch and pike. Yard area is level and light, in the backyard there is a steep slope. For children swing and sandbox.
