Fully Furnished. T.V (no satellite or cable but streaming T.V), DVD player,iPod dock. WiFi internet access in the unit and in public areas. They tend to get pot holes. If they don't get graded enough. During rainy periods, they can get standing water. There are very few paved roads on the island, apart from closer to town.There is a small restaurant at the resort that makes delicious food and the best cocktails, you can order food to your unit, eat in the restaurant, poolside or have a romantic dinner on the beach, or get food from San Pedro and cook yourself. Grocery delivery can also be organized through the resort for a fee. I collect Local Government taxes and fees, which will show up on your booking.
