Well, we stayed there one night honestly, the continental breakfast is what got me coming back didn’t realize they don’t have king size bed, which be my husband we’re looking for, but we’re too tired to look for another hotel. The location is great and yeah, but next time I think we need a king size bed but the hotel was really great. Service was a little slow for my reservation. I had to wait about 30 minutes, which is kind of a long time other than that everybody was great wonderful the staff spoke English, which is helpful overall it’s a great hotel. I would recommend it in. The views are amazing as well. You can see the sun coming up from your window I really enjoyed that, but I believe it’s more like for single people or groups of people not so much couples but there again, the food was amazing in the morning.

Such a a beautiful place in the jungle and not far away from both the archeological site or the town.the staff is really friendly and the accommodation offers a 5* feeling.

Excelente hotel ubicado en el corazón de la capital Chiapaneca, instalaciones de lujo y servio del personal excelente, acceso a plaza cristal y a periféricos de salida rápida, lo recomiendo para estancias con la familia.

Front desk people were really attentive and helpful. Everything you need for a comfortable business trip.
